Its a standard Sonic, if you like Sonic then youll have no issues at all with this place. Ive never had an order messed up or had to wait a long time for food. Only complaints I have apply to any Sonic, not just this one; prices are way too expensive for what you get, your commercials used to be funny but now those two guys are just annoying, and stop filling my cup to the edge with ice so you can save a penny on soda. Also are we tipping carhops anymore? I only use a card yet theres no tip option, if they arent getting a raise then thats messed up.

Went here tonight for dinner and the service was horrible. No condiments in the bags after being shown on the screen. Missing multiple chicken fingers and uncooked smashed Texas toast shoved in a combo box in which onion rings apparently means only a single onion ring is present. Watch out for this place. Its not cheap like youd initially expect when you combo up and the employees clearly do not pay attention to detail. Way to screw this one up. Ill travel to Smyrna next time for our meals.

Worst Sonic ever! I love Sonics however I never been to one like this. The servers are incorrectly trained on how to take orders. By adding a drink to my order they charged my card first for the first total, then instead of charging me $1.23 extra for the drink they added it to the first total and recharged me for the entire order all over again. ( I warned them that it would happen but they didnt listen. They assured me it wouldnt)The general manager was very rude about the entire situation.

ordered a vanilla and Reeses custard concrete and was charged for a custard. received REGULAR SOFT SERVE. talk about a HUGE letdown. ordered a large so paid almost $8 plus tip for something that I did not like. it was also 1130 on a Friday night so I was stuck with it being as they closed before I could get back . I called repeatedly and could get no answer. a mistake is much different than INTENTIONALLY giving someone the wrong product hoping they wouldnt know the difference.

Place was packed as it was happy hour and hot but service was very good, person taking my order was friendly and we didnt have to wait long for our drinks. Slushes were not frozen much, I suspect due to how many they were making the machine couldnt keep up. Overall though a good experience.

My wife and I got foot long conies this morning. A few hours later she started having diarrhea. Not too long after I had the same. I cant say 100% it was the conies but thats the only thing weve both had recently. Maybe we got a bad batch. Im just not going to this sonic any more.
