Currently there are 5 orders in front of me still waiting for fried rice. Ive been standing in line for 10 minutes now. 1 fast worker and 1 old slow worker. Guess who is in charge of the rice.... Apparently he didnt hear her. ...15 min now waiting. UPDATE: to add to the 5 orders mentioned earlier, me and the next three customers are also waiting for fried rice. We refused to let anyone be after us. Auna told me she was "refusing me service since I was the white girl holding up the line". I asked her if she was raciest now? She said "Caucasian". I asked for a manager and she said they didnt have one. Guess we will see about this...

I dont even want to give it one star. The only good thing about my first time here was the guy that worked there was friendly and gave good service. The food in the other hand was old tasting, very dried out, my daughters lo mein noodles were hard and dry. I will never ever waste my money again! For my husband, daughter and myself if was $28 and we didnt eat any of it! Maybe 4-5 bites is all we could manage..my husband said he would rather eat a hand full of sand then this ever again!

There were 6 people on the clock. SIX. There was a line of 4 families. And only one girl was on the line serving, very slowly. One of the associates came and started gossiping with the only girl on the line while she could clearly see there was a line of people waiting. I come to this Panda Express often w my family. There is a young black man full of rangers and excellent customer service that is the only reason I continue to bring my business back.

Every time I go to this location the food quality is fresh and steaming. It is not your typical buffet it is very clean and you are served by the employee. I am big on store cleanliness and I am never let down. The customer service is outstanding I am always greeted with a smile and offered a sample. The orange chicken is my favorite entree! I definately recommend this restaurant!

Our go to place for fast Chinese food. We love their Orange Chicken and Fried Rice. They have large portions so we usually bring the rest home for dinner. We eat lunch here on the weekends and normally there isnt a line. There have been a couple of times where the rice was old but lately we havent had any issues with our food.

This place is out of food every time Ive been there. When the food finally comes out, they give it to all the people who ordered AFTER you and make you wait even longer. They put my "here" orders in "to go" containers. They run out of bottled water. This place is a joke of a business. Wont give them another chance.

First time here, had a line out the door because the employees were not doing anything to make it less. No customer service. No apology. People got fed up and left. 15 min wait. Never should happen in fast food. No communication either. Better locations in town to patron.

Probably one of my worst Panda experiences ever. Dining area was filthy. Garbage can was running over, all the tables were dirty. The staff was rude about giving samples and my chicken was not good at all. Way too many choices in Murfreesboro to ever go back here.

First time here. The lady working the counter (Ms. Gigi on her name tag) was super friendly & helped me pick out what I wanted. Greeted me as soon as I walked in, & was patient. Couldnt ask for any better customer service. Give that girl a raise. Thank you very much!

It was a great experience. We got there 10 mins before closing and ordered 2 panda feast meals. And they made everything for us fresh. Even when they have already cleaned off the woks and everything. Will go back again and again. Might call ahead on big orders. Lol

The orange chicken is good :) and the noodles, while weird, are also very good. I love that its not expensive, and they will give you a sample if youre unsure. My husband would give these guys 5 stars as he LOVES this place.

food was not as good as other places fried rice was good but the orange chicken was way to spicy for me. the cream cheese ragoons were not what i was expecting. i will not go there again much better places out there.
