Good food but one of the the worst service experiences Ive ever had while in uniform with the rest of my soldiers. We were gathering to celebrate and recognize one of our own soldiers for his hard work while in the Army before he transitions out. We had made a reservation the day prior to inform that wed be doing a military going-away event and needed a reservation for 30 people to gather and praise one of our own through speeches. Our soldier coordinating the event gave his full name and made arrangements while stating that it was for a going-away event (military tradition). We gathered the next day only to find out our reservation was stolen by a smaller party and had taken our desired seats in a more secluded area which would have been best for our speech portion. I requested to speak to the assistant manager at the time (Julie Theiss). Julie was very rude to me in front of my own soldiers and I had to stifle my anger in order to not set a bad example. I only wanted to make it aware to Julie that there was a mixup and there should be better procedures for the hostess up front to verify the identity of groups with reservations. Julie continued to insist that she didnt see what the issue was because we got seated anyways (our group was split at several tables which made speaking awkward). Her attitude was hostile and she claimed that the only thing to be done was for me to speak to the other party and demand our seats back. I refused to do so because I wasnt going to interrupt another groups meal together at the expense of a third parties mistake. After arguing more with Julie and her attitude increasing (to the point that my soldiers within earshot remarked about how rude she was and another soldier stating how bad the service always is here), I finally chose to dismiss and end the conversation when all she said she could do was lower the music for us. This is not how you address a group of soldiers gathering to celebrate the successes of one of our own. We will spread the negative word within our unit and not hold any similar events here in the future.

A long time customer of this place.. Had the luxury of meeting good people that work here and have a true care for customer service. I had the unfortunate experience of being waited on by a Melinda Kay. After she told us of two different tables hitting on her.. TMI. Dont care. I ordered my seventh beer and was told that she would no longer serve me, after no heighten voice or activity from myself that this was the last beer. Two of the people at my table had already been serve eight of the same size drinks. That this was her right in the state of Florida to terminate alcohol sales to who she deemed worthy. I had no backlash but she could tell I was not happy.. She then walk pass our table that was close to the kitchen door and kick the door in a hasty manner that everyone at the table notice she was very unhappy. 20 seconds later she showed up at the table stating she wasnt "trying" to be rude, but could tell that I was unhappy without any communication at all. She then said she had every right by Florida law to cut anyone she felt necessary if deem adequate. As a frequent visitor of this place over the last five years, I have received great service from the likes of Dionna, Rena, Gavin, and a now Manager Kristen.. And association with Earl, another manager. As any of these people can attest too, myself and many of my friends frequently visit this bdubs and not only spend lots of money there, but are very generous with the tips because we also work in the industry. Being a previous manager of buffalo Wild Wings in a different state I would have never tolerated such rudeness and a complete disrespect to any costumer. If the situation deemed necessary to cut me or the group from drinking the order would been received in a professional manner had the one server Melinda not took it upon herself to be completely rude

Very bad experience. First off at the door, there is a sign that says qoute, unqoute "20 dollars per person, nonrefunabled". Which is cool, but we get here 3 hours before the fight to get a sit. We get steated at a big table and I turn to the waitress and ask is this ok for me and my wife just to set for the fight. She repiles, yea yes this is fine. Well she leaves because she works day shift. The manager comes up to us before our meal gets here and tells us, we may have to sit someone with you. I reply with, " im waiting on two people so that cant be done". Night shift comes on and halfway thru our meal we get 2 random people sitted with us. So I get up pissed because now my wife doesnt wanna eat, its awkward as hell and Im very upset. I talk to the manager and he tells me he is gonna move our sit so we dont have to get to sit with anyone. After 20 more minutes we finally get another seat. At this time I get to finish my meal and my wife still doesnt wanna eat. Another and different manager comes over and tells me, we are sitting two people here. I began to raise hell again, she tells me 5 people have told us that its 20 per seat not person. I go outside, rip the paper off the door and hand it to her and tell her thats not what it says. Speechless she walks away and doesnt come back, 5 minutes later. We have a table full with us. Will not be coming back and they have lost alot off business.

The worst service Ive ever had and it was followed up by the manager (Dane) laughing in the face of active duty military, Ive never seen a "professional" be so disrespectful to military. I love the buffalo wild wing company but I will no long take my business here if they are going to employee people that have no respect. We were a group of military that went out to get to know new friends. My husband asked 3 times to order his food and she kept telling him he had to wait, when she finally does take our order the wait on the food was ridiculous. The table next to use came and went 3 times and we were all still sitting there. When the food didnt come the orders were not right and she had no idea what we had ordered. There ended up being an extra frie and missing wing. We tried to speak with the manager expecting to get a resolution but instead he laughed in our face and said what do you want me to do. The next day we talked to the GM and she said she would believe her manager on duty and server over "customer". I could go on and on with the problems we encountered, the worst part to me is that management was so disrespectful to a group of military. Definitely not a place I recommend to anyone, especially military members.

Come on a Monday night. Not too busy, plenty of empty tables. But there was a line of folks waiting to be seated, some people had enough and left. Finally found out the tables in the bar area are open seating and grabbed a table. And sat there....for 6 1/2 minutes before anyone asked if we would like a drink. Drinks showed up at the 11 minute mark, appetizer at 14 (without any silverware), I had to flag the guy down at the 25 minute mark to order my meal. Holding the menu in your hand and staring at the waiter is usually a pretty good sign that people want to order food...dinner arrived at the 41 minute mark almost as ordered and they fixed what was wrong quickly. Bottom line: servers are untrained and/or overworked. Our server had little to no customer service skills. Food was as expected, beer was cold, and the company was great. Only eat here if you arent hungry.
