This place is absolutely awful, from the rude staff to the cold food - awful is the best word to describe it. First we wanted to order online and pick our food up. You cannot do that unless you have a credit card. I did not want to put this on my card. You cannot order on the phone with a human, so if you have questions about content of the food, etc., you can forget it, no one will talk to you. You can absolutely no way no how order online or on the phone and pay cash when you get there,. To top that off, when you question it, the staff member gets an attitude toward me. Tells me I will have to come in to eat there. About the food - my only excuse for trying to order there again is that they are close to me. The last time we ate there, the food was beyond horrible. First it was cold, then if was under seasoned on the foods only needing a bit of seasoning, and way way overly seasoned on the items that are supposed to be HOT. Even the food that shows not to be hot, is way too hot for a child or even an adult. Also, they do not take coupons - you know those that the company send out nation wide. They wont accept coupons.

Okay first of all since it is not listed I am writing a review about the new Panda Express that recently opened in Niceville Fl . My Girlfriend and I tried this place tonight , that is I went and picked up some food from them . What a waste of money and time , the food was horrible , the fried rice tasted like it had been in the sun for hours , dry , my other dish which was Beijing Beef never made it to my carry out container, and their spring rolls are frozen , not fresh but frozen , you could save the money and buy them frozen at your favorite grocery store ,if that is what you like !! Do your selves a favor if you want fresh Chinese food especially in the Niceville area go to Gin Gins , the y give you more for the buck and it is hot and fresh and you can make better sense of the menu !! I give the Panda Express located in Niceville Fl 1352 John Sims Pkwy E a serious thumbs down !! Again people dont waste your money , go elsewhere !!!

Usually love it but tonights experience left me very disappointed. The girl at the drive through was snarky and very annoyed that she had to serve me. I asked for 3 teas to go with my 3 orders of food but she said they were out of tea. ??? A Chinese restaurant out of tea over an hour and a half before closing? OK.... so I gave my 3 orders and repeated that I wanted chow mein with my orange chicken... I got friend rice. I asked to be sure to put fried rice with my sweetfire chicken... they gave me chow mein. Aside from getting my order all wrong, she never made eye contact with me, never smiled and made me sorry I spent my money there. I have a photo of my receipt and what they gave me but when I took the survey they went straight to the completion code. The survey didnt even ask any questions. ?! Whats up?

ALWAYS a line. No matter if you try drive thru or walk in. Usually have to wait for more items to be cooked when I order which makes me sit there for an extra ten minutes. Update: 3/30/17. After speaking clearly with my order 3 times in the pouring rain she finally got it the 4th time when I had to loudly shout it while getting drenched in their drive thru. Cashier was rude and didnt offer anything to drink along with my order nor napkins. After paying I sat 5 more mins before she opened the window with a new total for the order behind me. With a confused look on my face she quickly retreated and grabbed my order which had just been sitting next to her. I am only reviewing the drive thru and its literally the worst in town.

Panda Express has much better food than it used to. However, the spicy food is not spicy in the least. If you want it to actually be spicy you need to add something to it yourself. I would barely even call it "medium" it is flavorful but very mild. Last time I went through the drive thru I ordered then when I went to pick up the food I was told they were in the process of cooking more. I was in a bit of a hurry so it would have been nice to be told they were out when I ordered instead of waiting five minutes after paying. For fast food, I recommend it. Decent food with good flavor and pretty quick. I have not been inside the restaurant, only in the drive thru twice.

I ordered teriyaki chicken with fried rice and an egg roll. They forgot to give me the teriyaki sauce on my chicken and the chicken was not cooked. Couldnt eat it. They didnt have sweet and sour sauce for the egg roll but they gave me plum sauce. The egg roll was good. $6.95 and all I could eat was the egg roll. Plum sauce was a good substitute for sweet and sour sauce but they shouldnt have forgot the teriyaki sauce and they better start cooking their chicken. That was my second time there. The first time I ordered the same thing and it was very good, so I went back. Dont think I will go back again.

Hands down best Panda Express Ive ever been to! 5 Star customer service. Awesome manager who goes out of his way and also helps with the work load in addition to training (real leader). Everyone is extremely friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is very well maintained and clean. Felt like I walked into a 5 Star restaurant which was not expected. Awesome job guys keep it up! Especially just wanted to give kudos to Alliyah and Drew (manager). My family and I had the pleasure of directly interacting with both of you and you guys have definitely set the new standard!! I walked in and the place was clean and smelled good, however I was there at the counter waiting to place my order...they had a few in the drive thru, and a few sitting and eating but, I was the only one standing there. I waited 10 mins and absolutely no one spoke to me....I was not going to continue to be ignored so I left and not one person still had not said anything. This was the first time that I had ever gone to a panada express and not sure if I would go back at this point. This place probably needs to work on being a little more welcoming than what my experience was.

Used to work here and once again, service was terrible. Cook complaining to the manager in front of customers, myself and another about to order food. Stuff that needed to be called earlier as the usual excuse when he could just turn his head, then the front associate complains in front of the same customers again about the same issue. Someone really needs to get into this guys head, both of them, that they need to not be doing that in front of customers. Was so uncomfortable I walked out before I spoke my opinion.
