The womens bathroom was disgusting. There was blood and pubic hair on the toliet seat. Our food had already been served except the waffle which they forgot, and my chili. When we ask out waiter, he had to go back to get a waffle cooked, and when he went to get my chili, he looked at the cook and said "do we not have any chili" the cook walks over and looks inside the warmer and said "I guess thats all we got, just had some hot water and scrape it outta the bottom" it was the most disgusting chili I have ever put in my mouth. There were big chucks that were burnt black where it had cooked so dry and stuck to the pan. And the tea tasted like it was a week old. We didnt even finish out food. Went to pay and it was $34.00 just for me and my husband. I will never go there again

Very nice employees. The cook likes to sing while she cooks and she is actually pretty good. Service is prompt, seating areas are clean, restrooms are clean, and prices are always reasonable. Ask for the "big" menu, which is not at the tables and includes quite a bit of other items you can order. Dont be afraid to ask for substitutions. My wife and I are both on a diabetic-friendly diet, so we cant do heavy carbs like hash-browns, grits, toast, pancakes, etc. They are great and always let us substitute a different side item (my wife likes sliced tomatoes, I like extra bacon). We live near quite a few restaurants and this Waffle House is one of our favorites.

Cam, Jessica, Erin, Caytlin, Sam, Sparky, Aundrey, and Shannon are a professional customer centered crew. Cam served me and did an excellent job, paying attention to detail. The whole crew welcomed me when I came in and after a 14 hour day, it made it seem like I was at home. The good was prepared just as I asked and was served very fast. Everyone was very attentive to the customers and the coffee was great. I always enjoy coming to MY WH. The store was very clean and organized based on the large crowd they were serving. This crew deserves a salute! Thanks to them, my day ended on a very good note. J3

The damn cook and I guess shes the manager here in the morning shift needs to keep her mouth shut and it was worst waffle house Ive been to in a long time. I put my money in to listen to some music and she got louder and louder...if I wanted to her mouth singin I would have put the money in her mouth instead. I will not go back there as long as shes working and I sit here shes steadiness making smart as comments!!!

After a late night at work Im starving and nothing else open here in prattville but Waffle House, I call repeatedly to order to go and no answer and when I finally get an answer its a chick that sounded like she would rather be at home with the plague than answer my call,and I still attempt to place my order when Im interrupted by her saying, hello, hello then hanging up! Ugh! No stars!!

Cook has a great attitude..waitress is very good ...manager walked im like a bat out of hell! Asking the employees why they only made 390.00 ! She said it should be at least 700.00. Then she proceeded to the kitchen..screami..anyway great service..just have your manager tone it down..im also a mngr ..and i get results the RIGHT WAY!

Always good coffee. But the good hash browns that were advertised "smothered" with onions had maybe 3-4 pieces. Should say "sprinkled" with a few onion pieces. Dont pay for extra onions ...unless you like $4 onions! Erin tried to defend the lack of onions but I insisted on adding some which she did. Thanks!
