Im not one to complains and I have never wrote a bad review before, but due to the unprofessional experience I encountered, I felt obligated to share. When first arriving at Olive Garden, we were seated quickly, however it took nearly twenty minutes for a server to take our drink order. Our server was a younger man with a very cocky and rude attitude. He brought out wrong drinks and then accused us of lying about our drinks. When he carried our food out, everyone got their meal except one person. After about ten minutes he came back to ask how everything was and we informed him we were still missing meal. His response was "well, he must have already ate his meal." After a short arguement, he went back to the kitchen where he found the missing meal. When we received our tab, he continued with his rude remarks. I paid him twenty dollars for my meal and asked for change. He brought me back $83. I held it until he realized his mistake, knowing that it belonged to my friend beside me. He had one tab left when he realized his mistake and started asking everyone individually who paid the $100. I eventually told him about his mistake when he came around to me. He became angry and told me I was "not cool". Not so worried about being cool, I was just hoping he would have realized how large of a mistake he had made. On side of that, we also had someone in our party find black mold on her ice in her drink. She spoke to the manager, where she was offered a free bottle of water and a business card. The staffamd management, quality of food, and the overall experience was unacceptable and completely ruined my opinion of Olive Garden.

Come here lots, though this experience was unlike any other and not in the good way. The hostess sat us in the very back corner which is not a good spot if you want quick service. Waiter took our drink order, we order sprite, sweet tea, and water. Sprite was very watered down and it took the waiter an unusually long time too bring a simple water. Waiter brought our plates which were dirty, we told him they were dirty and asked for new ones. He tried to tell us that it was just from ice..Ice isnt brown is it? Finally he said hed bring us new ones. He took my sweet tea along with the dirty plates. Took forever to get that back. Had to get the manager to bring us more drinks. He forgot to get one of our orders, so one of my guests ended up just eating the salad they brought us. Super slow service. We were not happy with this performance at all.

Love ! LOVE ! This Olive Garden ! Much better then the Montgomery location. It is located in the right place, where you can take a stroll through the shops surrounding this OIive Garden. Now, about the food. Very delicious. Watch out for some of the foods, some are spicy, but only very few menu items are. Here is some advice : When you are roaming your eyes through the menu, look for special symbol icons that will tell you if something is spicy or not. Do not be afraid to ask the wait staff or management questions. They are very professional and are quick and fast paced when doing their jobs ! I definitely will be back to this place !

We had the MOST FABULOUS dining experience today in the Prattville location. We ordered, salad, bread sticks, chicken alfredo, stuffed shells, spaghetti, cheese ziti, and black tie cake. All of our food came out picture perfect. It was all fresh, hot and delicious. Our server was very attentive and friendly. Our drinks never got low, if we wanted something else, she was quick to make it happen. The manager, Kim, came over to our table and introduced herself to us and made us feel welcome and important. We honestly felt like family. We look forward to our next dinner with the family, the OG family.

The food was great, it always is, it was the waitress that was pitiful. I know people can have bad days but she was just slow and not organized .5 people with water 1 with tea she brings a tea pitcher and no water. Everyone needed more drink. I asked for extra sause and I got it when I was finished. My daughter wanted more soup but she never came and asked.Many more things, just too many to list.Her name was Alesiha B. We didnt even get mints. It was in Prattville AL. We eat here about once a month on Sundays. Always get seated quick and good food. Today was awful! Very disappointed.

Olive Garden always seems to impress me no matter how many times I visit. Tonight we were seated beside a large party of about 20 but it was as if the party wasnt even there. Our waitress, Daffiney, was generously tending to then and still managed to check up on us each and everytime we needed her. It was as if she knew we needed something. As for the food, we ordered soup, salad and bread sticks. Nothing else is really needed when Olive Garden is concerned. All in all, I will always return to this location. Both the quality of food and service was exemplary.

Ive never been a fan of Olive Garden, but its quickly become one of my new favorite restaurants. I went the other day with some friends and the food was absolutely fantastic. Also, our sever Karla provided the best customer service that Ive ever had in a restaurant. From now on Ill be requesting her, and I would strongly advise anyone else to do so as well. My drink was never empty, and there was never anything but a smile on her face. Im going to be a constant customer at this restaurant from now on!

The place smells bad ( I think its the carpet). The food was not good ( barely any dressing on the salad and server never bought dressing even though we asked twice, calamari was wet from mushrooms, chicken was dry and sauce scarce and slightly scorched, shrimp overcooked, bread sticks were not fresh), which was surprising considering its a chain. Brightside...Hostesses were very nice.

I have to say this is the best olive garden I have been too. I can not complain about any of the others however this particular one just stood out to me and my family. Our waitress was amazing. She took the time to sit and play with my children. Also the managers did the same thing. If you are traveling through or live in the area I highly recommend coming to olive garden.

Impressive service ... The food was really good I wrote a note on the back of the receipt and I dont think I wrote it right since English is not my first language.. just wanted to say that I was so happy with the service and I hoped that I couldve give a bigger tip. Good food.. great wonderful service.. cant go wrong with this place

The food is good, but on multiple occasions I have come here and it takes over an hour to get our order. Either they need better management, better training, or more personnel. Im not one to give many low ratings but in my opinion theres much improvement to be done.

Quick service for a busy night, but they did make a few mistakes with our order (such as delivering it to the wrong table, then dropping it in the outgoing kitchen area), but mistakes happen and they were quick to get our replacement dish out.
