First, let me start by saying that Google has this restaurant categorized wrong - it should be $$, not $ for what it charges for a burger, fries, and a drink. However, its worth every penny. The burgers here are awesome. And the fries are delicious. We usually order two little cheeseburgers, a little fry, and a large drink and we still spend about $16. I love how the toppings are free with the purchase of a burger. I like to stack mine with grilled mushrooms, mayo, ketchup, mustard, and lettuce. Lately, though, Ive switched to ordering a Kosher Dog with mustard and ketchup. Its also very good. The music at all 5 guys Ive been to (in Georgia and Alabama) is usually loud and obnoxious. The atmosphere is stressful as it is usually rock with a harder edge playing over very loud speakers. The choice of music doesnt really bother me, its just the volume level that gets to me. If you visit the restroom, dont expect to stay long unless you want to permanently lose your hearing. They also use the somewhat new Coca-Cola Freestyle machines that lets you choose from about 100 different drink flavors. Whenever I see one of those machines, I know that the Coke will taste terrible. It just isnt the same as a fountain machine dedicated solely to Coke.

I was at this Five Guys location in Prattville, Alabama yesterday 8/27/17. This was my first time at Five Guys. My friend and I had been on the road for hours. We were visiting from Ohio. I was very hungry and desperate to find a delicious burger place. My friend, who was with me, promised I would love this place and their burgers. Clearly, shes a fan. We were greeted by an amazing man named Joel. Joel listened to what I wanted in a burger, gave me suggestions, and even showed me photos of some of the burgers that might fit my needs. After thinking through my options I placed my order. Joel was so kind and patient. He even gave me a complimentary water bottle (dont scold him for this)! When I received my order it was PERFECT. Everything was freshly cooked and beautiful. I am now a fan and will be back! Joel, thank you for being amazing and giving us the best customer service! Went in for a couple quick meat patties. After ordering I was attempting to wash my hands to find out there was no soap, nor paper towels in the mens bathroom. If the sign in the bathroom states ALL employees must wash hands before returning to work. How can the two men cooking my food wash there hands with no soap or paper towels after taking a squat. The thought absolutely disgusts me, and they just prepared my food. 10 dollars I just lit a match to. Awful!!!!!!!!!!

Some if the best burgers anywhere-not just compared to other chain stores. BIG burgers that make you want to rush home and take your Rx station as soon as you finish lunch. Fry portions are unbelievably large. ONE large fry will be enough for 2 American adults and enough for a large family in Europe.

Dont use them for anything important. I made an order in advance totaling more than $140 and when I went to pick it up .....they claimed "they had never seen the order" yet they hhad no problem charging my card. Absolutely unacceptable. Go to a different location if you want Five Guys.
