It is best to go when it is busy so that you get fresh pizza and a larger selection of rotating flavors. I would recommend it for families as there is something for everybody. I love their garlic bread and their cinnamon rolls (though more than once the rolls were definitely undercooked). Since there are little kids here all the time, I would not recommend the buffet to anybody who doesnt like germs as all guests handle the utensils. You can order a pizza for your table or even request one and ask for a couple pieces from it first. The pizza is typically pretty fast too. So if you do not see what you want and are disappointed, just ask for it. The bathrooms can be a little messy from the few visits I have made. Overall, friendly and cheap for decent (not amazing) food (do not expect anything gourmet).

Very attentive staff with quality in mind, the service was excellent, and the food was hawt and tasty. Very excellent job Cicis of Fort Walton Beach........P.S. We would have given your store 5 stars....but the singing at the end ruined most everything that was good.....and you have a sneezing mouse or bunny....it may be loose, or it may work for you....only it knows.....if I could change the rating....I would...but that would negate the lower half of this message....and lets face it....it was the best part...."Welcome to CiCis!!!"

First...so sooo very yummy...and SUPER cheap! 4 adults and 4 kids $55!!!! Thats ALL you can eat and drink!!! The staff at Cicis are FANTASTIC as well!! From the bus ppl to the managers....they are so good at what they do. They have a kids night once a week where they provide FREE face painting and balloons...to say the least. I had always seen the commercial in CT...but there are no Cicis Pizza Restaurants up north. We have definitely made it a go-to place!!! Well done Cicis...you have won our business!

This experience was awesome. When we walked in everyone was SO friendly. They all greeted us and made us feel like valued customers. They all appeared to love their job and were completely courteous to the entire family. This is the best restaurant experience we have had in a long time. I live in Missouri, so this was the nicest place that we visited! Thanks FWB Cicis.

I went here for the $6 pizza buffet. And they charged me $8.30. When I asked why it was so much, they told me that they charged me for a drink. The same drink I did not ask for. Charging your customers for something they did not request is stealing. Will not be returning here.
