First it should not take 15-20 minutes to get a fast food breakfast. The guy in front of me (inside not drive thru) had been waiting so long he had to leave without 1/2 his food to make an appointment. When I finally got mine and had to wait longer for my coffee I overheard a staff member ask the other one if she had given me the wrong sandwich to which she said no. I immediately checked my food and yes I had the wrong sandwich. She gives me right food and says "Im sorry we have a new person in the kitchen" umm kitchen staff does not bag the food. Maybe if she spent less time telling the customers about the recent deaths and engagements in her family she could pay more attention to what shes putting in the bags. Also it seems that only having 2 people working each area on a Saturday morning is not capable of handling the business and maybe the store manager needs to pitch in and help her staff instead of letting them crash and mess up orders

I wont even give this place one star after tonight. I dont know what happened there, but my experience was bad. Told me to pull up to wait on fries, after 5 cars left the drive up behind me, went in and they were clueless as to what I was talking about. Made me a new order, and 15 dollars later and after getting home with order.... Yes, they gave me the wrong order. Burger King in Brownsburg sucks and is the worst ever. I will starve before I go there .

Understaffed. At lunch time there is no reason for a 17 minute wait for 2 Whoppers 2med fries 2 milkshakes and 10 piece nugget. The hamburger was cool to touch. The fries was over cooked and dry and the nuggets was rubber and uneatable for the baby. The wait time would of been ok if the food was hot and fresh. Total waste of $16 . Had to make a second stop for lunch.

Once again, Brownsburg BK is all lit up. 2 employee cars?.. In the lot-- yet no one appears at the drive thru!! Its 5:53 am- where -- are the employees !? UPDATE: May 12. 5:36 am. Cars in lot. Posted opening at 5:30. NOPE. No one comes to drive thru. Just WOW Update. 8/6/17 French fries cold / how ,.. Can this be !?! Omg

Great breakfast but the staff doesnt really know what theyre doing. Once ordered a breakfast sandwich from there and the young woman behind the counter turn to her co-worker and said what are all these sandwiches here do you want me to just start guessing and putting sandwiches in bags

I drive semi. I parked my bobtail in the parking lot. Tried to go inside. There sign reads lobby open till 11pm. They had all the doors locked. I will never come back again. Its currently 10pm I tried this at 930pm. WTF!

I have had my order wrong from this location more times than I have fingers on my hand. It doesnt matter, morning, afternoon, or evening, but their staff here just sucks and so does their order accuracy.

Sunday night everyone was outside for a smoke couldnt get waited on. Very disappointed. Once I did get my food the fries were cold. Never stopping here again there are plenty of other choices.
