I went to this resturant a few years back and havent been since, because when I went I wasnt that happy about the service. The reasons I dont like the service was because the employees werent that perfessional. When ever i told one of them the napkins were empty tehy came up with a smart answer instead of just politely sayin thank we know. Another reason i didnt like the resturant is because the food wasnt hot, it was warm and not that good. It seemded lik it had been sitting under the heat lamps all day and the cheese wasnt even melted. Not to mention the fries were cold they werent even warm they were cold. I was tired of the worrible service and left my food on the table and walded out the door with out even throwing anything away and then told everyone i no not to go to the resurant so now i havent been back since.

Continues to dissapoint. Apparently they need new headsets to understand the customer. I dont understand how you can place an order and completely get it wrong. This is not the first time it has happened either. It seems every time we go they manage to get something wrong. When you call they try to prove you wrong and if you dont have a receipt (if you get one) forget getting any help. Will not be back taking my business somewhere else

They are thieves, they double charged my debit card & it showed up on my bank account as the la vergne and a tennessee burger king!!!! called the la vergne police snd because they get free food their!!!! They 86id me. Welcome to America, get screwed and the police believe the thieves!!!!The term the europeans use is the ugly americans, thieves, american thieves is a better term, watch your pockets @ this bugger king!!!!!

They never have enough employees. Drive thru is somewhat quick but almost always mess up my order. Dont bother going in bc theyll take soooo long since they do drive thru orders first. Place is dirty too
