Called my order in, like I do once a week. I arrived only to find out that everything was not on my check. I told the bartender, she went to get Angela who took the order. They spoke to each other and the bartender then added my missing meal. She had a terrible attitude. I inquired about the other food getting cold. She said that it would go back under the warmer. I told her that a simple apology and an estimated time on my order would be nice. She looked away and clinched her fist and then gave a very fake apology. I was going to get my food and leave, but after waiting another 40 minutes i requested to see a manager. He promised to discount the meal which i couldve cared less about and said he would be back. I waited another 10 minutes at the bar, until i finally asked a server to get the manager. He returns, goes to get my food. He returned with my food and offered a $5 gift certificate that he had in his pocket for my $85 meal and the mistake. I politely got my food, threw his $5 gift certificate back on the bar and exited their doors for THE LAST TIME! Terrible service, they always forget items on your order and have an attitude about it! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This is the most solid 2 stars I could ever give. The service was people that just showed up to their jobs they didnt really care to make an exceptional meal for anyone. The food quality was what you would expect to come out of a general electric microwave and not much better than that as all of the food that came out of it seem to have been prepared in the least skillful of ways, although the shrimp was kind of good . Also the biscuits were good . Ultimately this was not a very good lunch and I would not want to return. I wanted to leave before I got the food but generally felt sorry for everyone there so I waited it out... For a long time.

Service is ok depending on who you get I only recommend the vets Ms. Princess and mr Charles! But the restaurant isnt the cleanest, the staff is very ghetto,including management they are very rude and did i say restaurant isnt the cleanest. I use to work there and I never recommend this place only if you love bad service, okay food, and to waste your hard earned coins. Consider red lobster wolfchase or Olive branch maybe a longer drove but if you want your money worth go somewhere else. And 9/10 if they have good reviews its someine who works there, or a friend of management.

This restaurant has went down tremendously. The waitress had the nerve to get upset with me because I refuse to let her sit us at a dirty table and the heffa caught an attitude with me. I ask to speak with her manager to make him aware of this and request to be seated in a clean area. The manager was pleasant and made sure we sat in a clean area. However, I feel like the customer service could have been better.

On this particular visit, I had a waiter by the name of Brent. He did a wonderful job of servicing my needs. On many other occasions, I am served by Chasity. She is one of the best waitresses Ive ever had. She pay very close attention to details and needs of her customer. Excellent experience every time. She is a great asset to Red lobster.

Havent even gotten our food yet, but waited over 30 minutes to be seated for a table..while there were empty tables/booths all over the restaurant. This wait, in turn, caused us to miss the lunch menu and have to order from the dinner menu. Hope the food makes up for it. So far, definitely not worth the wait.

Your waiter can make or break the deal I always go for endless shrimp some waiters take too long to come reorder for you if they dont want it to be endless then state that. The hostess that seats you with the short hair is RUDE a kid so service is bad an and plus the place could use a good scrub

Mr. Jamal waited on us, and really made us feel at home . Id say hes the best server on this side of Poplar! The food was excellent and came out reasonably quick. The entire staff did a wonderful job, considering today was a holiday. The management should hand out a few bonuses.

We went there on a weekday, yes there were a fair amount of people, but my husband and I sat at the table for 45 mins and never saw our waiter. The manager got us drinks after 20 mins but no one addressed us and all the adjacent tables were served, drinks food etc. Terrible

Overall it isnt bad for a red lobster. Stuffed mushrooms are small but u get 6 of them, the entree portion size is good for the price. Went early on a Friday night and there was no wait, food was good...service was good overall not bad depending on what time u visit

Nothing, I like nothing about it. They originally told us the wait would be 25 mins, we have been waiting an hour and counting. Dont even want to eat here but why go anywhere else, we be here hour already, this sucks and it smell like feet in here

Me and my SisterFriend try to go once a month for our girl time. I love that every other month they have a coupon in the Sunday paper. And they always running a Special. The atmosphere is great, the food is fantastic, and the employees are nice

Always crowded. Always dirty. Food barely gets a pass, but nothing to write home about. Above all, though...the bathrooms. Absolutely disgusting. Seemed like they hadnt been cleaned in days. The sole reason for not taking my family back there.

I was forced to give one star it really is a horrid place to eat. The staff is young unruly and extremely unprofessional. I guess its starts from the top down at that particular spot. If you want hood and ratchet this is the place to be.

Terrible service!!!!!! Waited over 15 minutes for drinks and all the waitresses were standing around talking they clearly saw me and my boyfriend and they did not care. We left very disappointed and aggrivated.

Extremely unhygienic. The moment you walk in, youll never wanna eat here. Weird funky smell, stick floors like theyve never been clean.....and the most lazy staff ever. AVOID

This location was affected by a tornado in February of 2008 and Red Lobster has closed it and is building a newer store further down Winchester toward Hacks Cross area.
