This particular location is just terrible. If you dont like customer service then why are you working with customers? Snotty cashiers that dont smile or say a word to you. No one here goes the extra mile. Lid for your lemonade? Nope Get it yourself. Drink tray for multiple drinks when theres only 1 person? Forget it. Juggle them all plus your bag which will no doubt have something missing from it. Note to manager. Learn how to manage and quit hiring rejects to work in your store. Zero ambition by 98% of the staff here. You might try hiring someone with a personality as well as a good work ethic.

The employees look as if they just got out of prison (all of them), the last two times Ive been there, they "forgot" to make fries. Now, thats fifty percent of their job, right? Make a sandwich and fries..one would think that its not too awful difficult, but sure enough, the dirties couldnt get it right...twice. I even went as far as to email the company because its so bad on there. Of course no response, what was I thinking. Anyway, its worth going in to just look around and see for yourself. I wont be going back.

Not what I expected after waiting 23 mins inside for a take out order, considering they still put red onions on my sandwich when I ordered with out becauase of an allergy. Got home and almost all the sandwich was outside the bread and you could tell it was put together carelessly. The food was good still after I picked out the red onions and put the sandwich together myself. But I expected after waiting 23 mins for a to go meal that it would be done right.

Rude workers. The lemonade tasted like it only had lemons in it and as were sitting here dining a female worker came in off the clock and went behind the counter in the kitchen area with a cell phone hanging out of her boobs and hair going everywhere. Unsanitary and i will not be back. Mop your floors. My shoe should not come off my foot with every step i take.

I have always loved Penn Station. This location has great service and the restaurant is clean. The food is tasty and they are quick. I got the dagwood with all the meats and my husband got the philly. Both were excellent!

Best place for subs in my opinion, if theres a line its never been long and foods always fresh and a good price for what u get. Ive always been more than satisfied when I go there.

My favorite sandwich place by far. Bread is really baked fresh. Infinitely better than Subway. Friendly and quick service, even during busy afternoons.
