purchased a Wok Bowl through Major Menus at my job. I have never eaten at Giardinos so I had no idea that a Wok bowl meant rice with uncooked vegetables. A wok is a pan that you cook food in so I assumed that the veggies that were included plus the mushrooms and broccoli that I had added would be cooked. There was nothing on the menu that stated otherwise. When I called to state my complaint, the guy apologized and told me that it was eatable! Well, had I wanted uncooked vegetables, I would have ordered a salad. Thanks but no thanks, I wont order again and the customer service sucks!

On my first visit, one of the owners spoke to us in line and explained the menu. The salads were great and getting to meet/know the owner a little created a sense of belonging to their hopeful success. The entire staff was friendly and helpful. The portions were good, maybe more than needed, and the price was right on point for the quality of the ingredients.

Already raved about this place on Yelp, but it deserves to be recognized. This restaurant is absolutely superb. Freshest ingredients and something for everybody!! The staff is the friendliest around and the owners treat every customer like family. Do yourself a favor and try it out.

Love this place! They have also bowl options that are just as good! The place itself is always clean and the presentation of the options is easy to tell what they are and they cut the apples and stuff then and there which is nice!

Excellent quality food and great service. If you are looking for a good variety of choices in Brentwood they do more than salads. Ive been there 2-3 times and plan on returning. Plenty of parking too.

Pretty solid salads tucked away in the middle of a Brentwood strip. It mainly gets busy at lunchtime for the working folk around the area. Check out the Habanero salad when ya go there!
