What a great addition to the Cool Springs "real food" scene! Amazingly fresh, wild caught seafood. We stopped-in and ordered some Yellow Edge Grouper and 10-15 count shrimp. Both were very fresh, tender and had no hint of "fishyness" at all. They also had salmon, mahi mahi, scallops, oysters, crab legs (several varieties), and probably a much wider selection of seafood that I cant even recall, but we ran out of room with the Grouper. When you consider how difficult it is to get your hands on seafood of this quality, it is a wonderful addition to have this market available locally. The oyster bar is on the way and should be a great addition to the market once they get it set up. Next time we go, well target the crab legs!

Holy FRESH FISH, Batman, this place is is the real deal! I was in from out of town and a buddy of mine said, we HAVE TO swing by this place. We ordered up some organic salmon and shrimp and were more than pleased with the end result. Enjoyed meeting the owner and his staff and hearing about their story. If you are looking to pick up the freshest seafood in Nashville to take home and cook...this is your place. If you even want have a little something steamed up to eat right there, theyre more than happy to oblige.

I picked up some fresh fish at Bubba Gandy Seafood Market in Cool Springs on Saturday. There is nothing like fresh seafood and thats exactly what I had for supper Saturday night. If youre looking for fresh (NOT FROZEN) seafood you gotta give them a try. I live in Nashville and it was well worth the drive to Cool Springs.

DO NOT EAT THERE. We spent $50 for two crawfish dinners. The crawfish were overcooked and not culled. The crawfish were mushy and rotten. I am just hoping I dont get food poisoning. I cannot believe anybody would actually buy food from Bubba Gandy. I can tell you I will never dark the door of this place.

Bubba Gandys is fantastic. One of my favorite things about going to Florida is the great fresh seafood available down there. Now it is in our own backyard! I am thrilled!
