Twice I have ordered cold brew ahead of time to ensure that they have it, and twice now I have sat and waited for my order while no one acknowledges me, only to have someone tell me 10 minutes later that they dont have it and "forgot to update that online." I get that this drink runs out, but thats why I order ahead. Ive now wasted my lunch real visiting this Starbucks twice.

I have never had an issue at this Starbucks. My drinks are always fantastic regardless of simplicity or complex requests. Drive Thru times are as expected for Starbucks - it isnt McDonalds ... drinks are made to order. It is relatively small inside but if you get there early enough you can get a good one. The employees/baristas are always very nice and personable.

The customer service was spot on, but the wait time for service was poor, and should signs that they were severely understaffed for the demand. The bathroom was in peril, with no soap, debris all over the floor, and very unmaintained and dirty toilet. This was probably one of the dirtiest and unprepared restroom from a Starbucks, I have ever been into.

This starbucks was completely awfull. Me and my friend had orederd two small iced coffee. So the employ asked if we wanted them sweet and we said yes. When we got the coffee after 15 minutes they were disgusting. I felt like spitting it all over the floor. He did not get our order right at all. I am nerver getting coffee from here again

I came to the Starbucks early this morning and found out that one girl is working hard and making coffee while the other girl is just talking away with the customer she is not concerned with the job at all so naturally even with nobody here its still took a few minutes to get my coffee extra minutes I mean

The drive thru was sooo slow. When i got to the window the cashier took forever and the barrista was taking her sweet time. What got me even angrier was that after the wait one of my cake pops was off the stick and my coffee frappuchino was almost White. I wanted coffee not milk, So dissapointing!

Very inconsistant service. I waited 10 minutes for tea ... The same girl who took my order then proceeded to ask me if I was waiting for a drink. Finally got my tea and as I started drinking it I realized the girl was kind enough to tear the tea bag. Nothing like pouring $3 down the drain.

Great shop. Stop in daily for a medium blonde drip on break. Open early at 5! Love it. Always the right amount of room for cream. When I get cold brew it is always brewed great and the right amount of sweet (6 pumps is what you get when you ask for it with simple syrup but I ask for 7).

They are always quick and polite when I go.. Even at rush hour when the line is to the street, I get out in 15 minutes.. i think they didnt put something on my ticket but still gave me the item, no charge.. Will continue to visit frequently.

Not what I expect from Starbucks. Very small facility where part of the service area is filled with stock and the staff is far too busy to engage in any meaningful dialog. It felt more like a McDonalds than a typical Starbucks.

Consistently mess up orders and the funny thing is when they mess up your order know they messed up your order and instead of saying "sorry we will make you another" they hand it to you anyways and send you on your way....
