This is a new Starbucks location. The atmosphere is great, but the beverages are not spot on just yet. You will not find the expected customer service charm here either. Please be patient with them. Im hoping for improvement. They are conveniently located by my home, so I have stopped here numerous mornings on my way to work. If you request a soy beverage, you might want to go inside and watch them make it.

It was only 9:10 pm and my daughter wanted Starbucks. We waited in drive thru for a couple of minutes and no answer. Next she got out to go in and they told her they were closed. How could they be closed 50 minutes early. I agree, they need to change the hours if they are not going to serve people or at least tell people they cant do anymore business for the day. Not very professional.

Extremely slow service. Not busy, 5 workers, waited in line with 3 people in front of me for 10 minutes. There is a drive through but we need service too. I left the line and met qith my friends till I thought I would get faster service. I did. One friend at table waited 20 minutes for her coffee and went to counter twice. Sorry, not impressed with my first trip to Starbucks.

This Starbucks, like most, is well kept and a great place to hang out in. Personally though, what I like most about it is the outdoor patio that they created and the views from this location. It sits up high on a hill and so if you are looking for a place to meet a friend or just hang out in, its wonderful.

Tried to use drive thru to order and sat at intercom waiting with no answer. Guess they wanted to close early since employees were still there and close was still 10 minutes away (9:50). Drove around to go in, but doors were locked. Maybe they should change their hours to close at 9:45? Disappointing.

Convenient location, right off I40 and Charlotte. The inside is clean and much different from most other Starbucks in Nashville. This location has a drive thru. Employees are friendly and professional.

Too slow for a Sunday... why have a drive thru if you arent going to use it. They didnt even update us on the delay. We waited at the window for 10 min take your coffee cravings to Dunkin Donuts.

This recently opened location is perfect for a quick stop on my way to work from Bellevue, with easy access from and to the interstate. Drive-thru service makes it even easier.

Easily the nicest Starbucks in the Nashville area. The location is easily accessible with plenty of parking and a drive through. The interior is clean and quite large.
