Pros: plenty of outdoor seating if it is nice out, reliable WiFi, one or two really nice employees Cons: Im sorry to interrupt your loud, angry bickering that is making all the patrons uncomfortable, but could I please place an order? Oh, youre out of that bakery item, and this on too, what about...oh fine, just tell me what you DO have available. Im sorry, its been almost ten minutes, could you please check on my drink? Mmmmm, this looks good -- wait, where is the half-and-half, oh you dont keep it out, and youre out of it behind the counter, and you need to run to the back to get another jug. sure Ill wait. Ugh what is that on the floor? Sorry to bother you again, but could you please wipe down this table that is covered in sticky blobs that have been there so long that they solidified with napkin chunks stuck in it. I would do it myself but you are out of napkins in all of the napkin dispensers. God the bathroom smells, and uh oh...out of toilet paper. Credibility: I come here several times a month because it is only a block and a half from my apartment, but it is my least favorite location. It has a lot of potential because of its large size, but it is extremely poorly managed.

Fantastic. Im actually here right now writing this review. I come here off and on and have for the past few years. The service is always great, the baristas are always helpful. They have given me suggestions on drinks that are great, they are always helpful in helping me pick out merchandise or educate me on it. The food and drinks are of course good. About the only bad thing is that right now its cold outside and the air conditioner is on. Corporate does not let the employees have control of the thermostat so getting the right temp, Ive had people next to me wearing a sweatshirt and go to their car and get a blanket too, at 11AM. Some temperature issues aside, its my favorite of all the starbucks in town. After I drop my kids off at school I drive past the east side starbucks to come here.

I do not often go to this particular store because its on the opposite side of town from where I live, but I happen to be near there a couple weeks ago, and I was just blown away by how friendly the entire staff was. And I dont think it was a fluke either because after my visit, a friend randomly mentioned having her own great experience at the same store. To the staff at the Walnut St. Starbucks: if you are reading this, keep up the great work!!

They never reached out to me. I usually have great things to say about this location. They are rather quick compared to others. Their drinks are delicious. As well as their food. However today the caramel iced coffee I ordered was terrible. My two sausage and egg sandwiches were cold in the middle. When is fast really to fast??? They may have tried to fix it. Unfortunately I did not have the time to give them.

This Starbucks is fast (compaired to others) and good about getting my order right. However my order was incorrect and when I called to speak to the manager, they were very short and rude. I feel they could do better on their job. You think theyd want to make sure its correct before giving it away, I also did not have time to go back and mess with correctIng the order.

all the baristas except a big red headed girl (She was not wearing name tag that is why I have to describe her) , she was supper rude and unfriendly. I love starbucks but if I deal with nasty people like that I am sorry it will give me a negative experience there. Starbucks should make sure they hire friendly people.

This Starbucks store is awesome! I had purchased from the starbucks of 46 and it was the worst cup I have ever had and this starbucks made it up to me tenfold!! Thank you everyone your a great great group of employees that strive for greatness and make awesome coffee

Drinks and food are as expected. 3 stars based on service. They are very, very slow at this location. Even with 6 people behind the bar. Two of them were busting their behinds to get drinks out and others were very lax and not putting forth any initiative.

I think they have the better baristas compared to the other 4 Bloomington locations. I enjoy getting my work done here, its further from campus therefore you see fewer university students and more locals frequent this store.

By far this is the best Starbucks in town. The east side Starbucks is always always making drinks wrong but the staff here is very friendly and personable. Not to mention my drink orders are always on point.
