My family stopped in to place an orders to go. I ordered a waffle & a hashbrown. Upon arriving home and attempting to eat, I bit into something hard. When I examined the contents, there was something black which looked like it might have fallen from a piece of jewelry. Immediately, I phoned the restaurant but was informed the manager was "on the grill." The young lady who answered told me shed have him to call me but didnt ask for my contact info. When I offered it, I have no way of knowing if she bothered to write it down, but I NEVER heard back from the manager. Of course, Ill never easy there again.

This place!!! GO! Atmosphere SUPERB! The head chef HILARIOUS, AND ON POINT CALLING OUT ORDERS AND ROCKING HIS TEAM! Food great and fast! Today, 8/28/16, Sunday morning packed and fun. He entertained his customers (they were smiling and laughing) and kept his team engaged...singing with music playing was unexpected and lively! Loved, loved the visit here...ordering to eat in rather than to go next time... didnt want to leave the show. Thank you guys for being a well-oiled team, making my first visit great and making this place a neighborly spot! Take care!

I arrived yesterday to a crowd but it was 11 on staff, waited 30 minutes for order, discover it was incorrect. Tried today, had to ask waitress to clean off counter, waited for waitress for my section who had her bak to me upon arrival having a conversation with another coworker since I arrived!! I love waffle house food and service but this location has too many inexperienced staff.

I swear this is the worst Waffle house ever Nothing but lazy ass bitches work here ..they have the worst attitude ever and the manager she was worse then them they had only 3 tables and it took them 20 minutes to bring my good ...then food was vry cold and they didnt cook it the way I want it The only employe was nice and treated us with respect here name is wanda

ToGo order was burnt and salty. I asked for a "light" waffle and got a medium dark one. The ham in my omelette and the hashbrowns were both burned. Asked for raisin toast and received regular toast. Everything that could have gone wrong with this order pretty much did. I guess the upside is that we did get everything we ordered. So disappointing.

For the past two week Ive been coming here and the service has been the worst ive ever had. They have burnt or forgotten my waffle for the past 5 days. And burn my bacon every time. The staff isnt always checking on their customers and mainly just talk with each other.

Staff was friendly. My waitress was attentive. Food was meh...okay. I cant eat much on the menu but it wasnt my choice of restaurant. I did observe other customers waiting forever on a different waitress but ours was professional.

Sat down and grabbed a menu that was sticky and got the table all sticky along with my hands. The server acted stuck up when I asked him for a rag to wipe up the mess. Very unfriendly. We left before he made the drinks.

Deplorable. 3 cups of coffee couldnt get a clean cup after 3 tries. Glass of water was dirty too. The staff was engaged in many voicetress arguments the entire time we were there.
