Went here for lunch today and our waitress was horrible..first, our waitress never even acknowledged us when we got there. Waited about 10 mins for someone else to ask if we had been served and she then brough is drinks (not our waiter). Our waiter finally came to get our order, my wife ordered a snack pack boneless wings with fries and once the food came out it was only 4 wings and fries. We questioned how many should have been in it and she said 4, I order the small boneless wings for 1.50 more and got 12 wings total. During eating, we needed refills, especially while eating hot wings, again our waitress no where to be found. After waiting and waiting my wife had to get up and take our cups and ask another waiter for refills. Our waitress then comes around about 15-20 mins later and ask how everything is, again questioning the size of the snack pack and still told 4. She brings the check and we dont see her again. We asked the other waiter who brought refills how many wings come in snack size and she tells us 8. The manager came by and told us it should be 8 and took 3.50 off our bill for the difference. My wife was given a kids meal wing snack but charged for adult lunch meal. Needless to say, we wont be back nor did our waiter get a tip today. The lady who willingly refilled our drinks and checked on the bill got a tip. This location has screwed up every time we are there and never gets better. Also, almost every waiter looked miserable and didnt want to be there. Maybe if they would cheer up and smile and actually check on customers they would make money and not be so mad.

Where do I begin? First of all, the people at the door who greeted us were awesome. Very welcoming & friendly. Then our waitress informs us that they were out of the first 3 beers my husband ordered. Then she takes our order, but instead of turning it in, she moves to the table behind us & stands there visiting for at least 8 minutes. Just visiting. I said "Exuse me, maam, but have you turned in our order?" She says, no but she will do that now. She continues talking to the other table as she slowly backs away. The manager comes over & asks how everything is, & we tell him. He says he will make sure they speed it up. After about an hour, we ask if she can check on our food. She comes back & says it will be out in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later, she comes out & says it is coming out now. It comes out about 15 minutes later. My order was wrong, but she noticed while back there & just had them give me the chips I wanted along with the fries they had put on the plate by mistake. My husbands chicken was cold, like it had came straight out of the fridge. She isnt coming back, so we ask the lady at the door if they can re-do it, but if it will take very long, we can just go. She says no, they will fix it & that she will have the manager come over. He never does, but our waitress comes over about 10 minutes later, & again we say we will just leave. She says they arent even trying to be serious in the kitchen anymore. So we just leave.

I have a love/hate relationship with this restaurant. The food and atmosphere is awesome. Beer/bar selection is fantastic, and the restaurant is very clean. The prices are high, but thats to be expected from BWW and its not something that should shock you. Everything I mentioned above wouldve made this store a 5* review restaurant because of how much I love Asian Zing boneless wings... but the service is horrendous. My wife and I waited behind a party of 8 for literally 15 minutes. I dont mean like on a list... I mean at the hostess stand (when you first walk in the door) there were literally 4 families behind us and instead of starting a wait list or moving the party in front of us aside until their table was ready, we literally waited for the entire 15 minutes without even being greeted. Once they got to us, we were sat quickly. The server was good, other than forgetting to ring in our sampler appetizer (which ultimately came about 20 minutes after our wings). That kinda stuff happens and my wife and I werent in a hurry. I was surprised that it wasnt offered to be taken off our bill or discounted, but I cant say that the food wasnt hot or delicious. Its a recently opened store, and I know it will be the biggest hit in Prattville once the kinks are worked out. We will be back, and I hope to update this review in a more positive way once I have dined there again.

What can I say about BWW in Prattville? Well, let me start off by saying that if you want mediocre, over priced food, with a ridiculous wait time and crappy service, then this is the place for you! I have ordered to-go meals from here on several occasions because I normally really enjoy their food, but I swear this place just cant seem to get it together. You put that you want to pick your food up at a specific time and its either not ready by that time and you have to wait 30 minutes for it, or its so cold that it gives the impression its been ready and sitting for an hour. Not to mention, I have yet to receive an order that was actually correct. The wait staff here seriously needs a "Customer Service 101" course. I walked in one day and sat at the bar for nearly 10 minutes before my presence was even acknowledged. The servers are rude and act like its an inconvenience to them every time you bring a mistake to their attention. The kitchen staff cant seem to prepare an order right to save their lives and the servers definitely dont do quality checks on the orders... or maybe they just dont care. To be such a brand new establishment they sure have dropped the ball in my opinion.

As I write this, I am sitting in Buffalo Wild Wings in Prattville, AL. I had an issue with my sauces being wrong. My waitress Jennifer was fantastic in trying to handle the issue. Sidni (the shift manager) proceeded to come out and tell me I was wrong about what sauce I ordered. I proceeded to mix the sauces together to show Sidni how the sauce I had was a different color than what i was served. She told me it was wrong and tgere was nothing she could do about it. I asked her to take the sauce I had just purchased to support the boys and girls clubs of America and make my wings since we had different opinions about how my sauce should taste. This turned into a 5 minutes argument. Brock (the kitchen manager) and Summer (the hospitality manager) came out behind Sidni and tried to make my order right. After showing them the problem, they seemed to agree that my order was messed up from the beginning. Long story short, Mitzi, Jennifer, Summer and Brock were fantastic, but Sidni gave me the worst service I have ever gotten at a BWW. I had a server give me the names which you can see in the photo attached
