I visited this store and spent $52 (ish), of my hard earned money at this establishment. After I left I realized I had gotten the groups order that was behind me because I had ordered 3 large fries and 3 large Philly cheese steak subs and these sandwiches looked like cold cuts. I called the manager (David) he expressed hed be glad to give me 6 free subs and 6 large fries. I was completely satisfied with that since it more than made up for all the trouble. Then he comes back on the phone, collects my information and says he cant find any record of my order... at all. This infuriates me. I spent money there. Yet, it vanished. Not only am I out $50 but no food, and the promise David made vanished as soon as he wasnt "able to locate an order". Crappy service... crappy restaurant I will NEVER go back. Shut this place DOWN!!

Came in for lunch. Not very busy at the time. Ordered a pizza sub. Seem to take to long. Seen like 5 other subs that were ordered after mine come out before mine. Then when lady calls my name from the other end of the store i raise my hand to indicate it was mine and she still went to the wrong table! Then when she found out her mistake she called my name again from 1 table away I said over her mame. And she still ignored me. I practically had to stand up and say over here! A suggestion.. get customers numbers. Place them on end of table so staff knows where to take the meals.

Went there to eat with a couple friends yesterday and was very disappointed, ordered their special steak sandwich of the month and it was mainly only onions and lettuce and one end of the sandwich had no meat in it at all, I was very disappointed, I will stick with Subway for now on and save money on better food!! The sad thing is that the manager was back there making sandwiches and they still werent done satisfactory, the other employees were very helpful and polite though and the sweet tea and fries were good.

Good food, but if they are busy, and you call in your order, it WILL get lost in the shuffle. I am boycotting them for 6 months because they made me sit for 25 minutes while my sandwich was sitting on the back counter getting cold the whole time. Then they couldnt even make a refund on my debit card. Only use cash or credit here!!! They didnt even offer me a free sandwich. Flakes, as Frank Zappa would say.

Good food and employees. Fast and the food is very good. The Hangman game on the web site is fun too. Now the BUT, I wish they would stop using the same mop from the kitchen in the dining room. Cookies are good, too.

Friendly fast staff. Great fresh food. Frys made in store from fresh potato to fryer. Great for ppl that need Gluten Free fries! Newly renovated nice dinning area with 2 TVS. Would give 5 stars if they delivered.
