Unfortunately, I was disappointed with my visit to the recently opened Flying Pig. I ordered the rib plate, which I had enjoyed a number of times at the old Big Boys place on Peavine. This time, they were terribly dry like cardboard and sawdust but harder to chew. They were the worst ribs Ive ever had. They didnt have lids for the styrofoam cups that the sides go in, so they were covered with foil. Ok, they just opened, I forgive them for not having the right containers on hand, but thats no excuse to serve food that was so poorly cooked. Sadly, we wont be returning.

(By the Shell Gas Station). Food was very good and fast. We ordered takeout. Didnt expect the sauce on the side but was fine with that. The brisket was excellent and flavorful. The baked beans were great tasting, and wished we ordered more. The only downside was the lady that took our order on the phone. She came across rude. If it wasnt for her it would have been 5 stars

Dont waste your money! Only bbq chicken was a pulled chicken sandwich. $5 hamburger bun, maybe a half ounce chicken, wrong bbq sauce and they had 0 customers in the restaurant. Plus had 3 bones in the me at, no side dishes. Totally would give them 0 stars or negative stars if available!

This is the best pulled pork in Crossville. Their hot sauce is what makes it great. I wish they had French fries especially since they have a limited number of sides. The only negative are the cold buns that bring the sandwich temperature down to tepid. Very nice atmosphere and clean.

Eh... Ribs were okayish... And the side of Mac & cheese was served cold. Definitely not the best BBQ Ive had. 3 stars for friendly staff though.
