Food is good but its the only good thing about this Chick-fil-A. We are Irma evacuees visiting Cookeville and expected to get the usual wonderful Chick fil A experience. The employee at the drive thru rang our order incorrectly then argued with us about it going so far as to ask for the receipt (which has never happened to me before at Chick fil A and since they rang the order wrong and didnt repeat it back to us, the receipt proves nothing) for a kids applesauce when we had spent over $40 there. After the dispute, they gave us the applesauce and took back the fries (no problem there as we dont want food we didnt pay for but honestly its not as if they could sell them after they took them back) and failed to give us the usual "my pleasure" after we said thank you. Im not sure how the proprietor there is training his employees but this was honestly the worst Chick fil A experience Ive ever had.

Ein gutes Schnellrestaurant für alle die Hühnchen gegrillt oder frittiert essen. Um die Mittagszeit sehr überlaufen. Sonntags geschlossen, weil die Inhaber überzeugte Christen sind und eben auch den Mitarbeitern bewußt den Tag mit der Familie lassen. Am besten per Handy-App vorbestellen und abholen. Aber ich gehe hier auch hin, um nur mal Kaffee zu trinken, denn der ist hier auch ziemlich gut.

I dont eat here much, but they do a good job of reminding me why I dont. Correct me if Im wrong, but I think this is supposed to be a fast food place. I have never been able to place my order within the first 10 minutes of standing in line. I understand it may take a little while to cook my food, but they could use more employees during peak times. Food is bland and expensive for fast food. The last time I went here, my chicken sandwich looked awesome until I bit into it and realized that the 6 inch diameter chicken breast was only 1/4 inch thick. I ate all of my food and was still hungry. We paid Sonic-like high prices for half the food. The only reason this isnt 1 star is because my kids enjoy the play area. This place has never impressed me with food or service.

These guys aim to please! I asked for a Spicy Char...THEY MADE ME A SPICY CHAR! So many CFAs act like they dont know what Im talking about and will not make me one. It is a chargrilled chicken sandwich, but instead of using the standard filet for chargrilling, you take a spicy marinated filet, before it is breaded, and grill that! It is excellent...takes a few more minutes but it is worth it. This store was very happy to do it for me, they recognize how popular and special it is...and so THEY are popular and special to me!

Just travelled through and they were out of medium cups and asked if we wanted a small or large. I thought, why are they even asking they should just give the large because they are out of mediums. I used to work at a Chick-fil-A and this happened before and thats exactly what we did. We have the medium cups for the medium price because it was our fault. Just a little surprised that this Chick-fil-A handled it this way. So thats why only 4 stars instead of 5 Food was good though.

We went on Friday at 530...place was super busy but the staff handled it very well and kept everything running smooth.... Food and service was great as always.... I have NEVER had a bad experience or had to wait long at all every time I have been here.... The employees are all very friendly and courteous.... One of the best CFAs I have ever had the pleasure to frequent.... Would highly recommend.....

This has to be the best fast food restaurant in the Cookeville area! I received my food fast even though they were busy. Then two younger folks working there came around asking if they could take my tray for me. Another asked if they could refill my drink! I had to stop and compliment the manager on what a great job they were all doing as a team! Keep up the awesome service Yall!

The food is good, if a little expensive, but beware the atmosphere. Maybe its due to being a semi-healthy restaurant so close to the interstate with a place for playing, but the dining room is almost always full of extremely excited kids. If youve got one to contribute, great, but consider yourself warned. (If you brave it, you will be rewarded with bountiful Polynesian sauces)

I came through the drive thru during the 12 oclock lunch hour when they are very busy! There were employees in the parking lot taking orders, where you could also pay - with cash or card - and this expedited the daunting task of sitting behind so many other cars! I couldnt believe how quickly I got through the line! The food was then of course delicious!

I love everything about this company AND its location. Delicious food served by the always friendly staff, and usually I get my food within 1 MINUTE! Thats 60 seconds! And I know youll say "well hey, thats fast food". But the quality of this stuff is too supernaturally good to just be fast food! Always fresh, always clean. What more can you ask for?

Standard excellent Chick-fil-A experience here. If youre heading east on I-40 away from Nashville towards Knoxville, this is the last Chick-fil-A near the interstate for a couple hours. If you pay or order through their Chick-fil-A, youll earn points towards free food. Be sure to download it!

This place never stops impressing me! The food is amazing. They could put spicy chicken on just about anything and I would eat it. But its more than that, its the people and how they love to serve their customers that makes this place a real winner! Best Chic-Fil-A Ive been to!

The food was luke warm and it was too difficult to get a refill when it started getting busier. Im not a big fan of how sweet the fried chicken and Chick-fil-A sauce is, but I eat here when their peach shake is in season because the tiny bits of peaches in it are SO GOOD.

This location is always extremely busy. The staff are quick and helpful in keeping the lines moving. Ive stopped here plenty of times while passing through Cookeville. Its very convenient to jump off the interstate and grab something quickly.

One of the best Chick-fil-As Ive ever been too :) The manager was really friendly and started talking about his great great great grandfather who was from Germany, which gave me the feeling they like to get to know their customers.

Chick-fil-A is always great. High quality food, clean, and pleasant, but also always busy and more expensive than McDonalds. But, if you want good quality food on the go, this is a great option. Their lemonaid is insanely good.

Clean, fast and friendly. Food quality was as expected for Chic Fil A. I try to find Chic Fil As when on the road they provide a consitentantly pleasant experience. The always clean bathrooms are a definite draw in.
