This location is worst at having items on the menu. Ive come to this location many times over the past year when I visit my parents. It doesnt matter if I come a month later, 2 days later, 1 week later, or time of day, they are always out of stock from their signature French baguette, chips, latte, and soufflés. Really foundational menu items that I have NEVER experienced another Paneras repeatedly running out of. The General Manager was unsympathetic and didnt seem to care and think that it was common place for customers to have this experience. I wish another Paneras would open in town so I wouldnt have to deal with the very bad service of this one!!

Ok I used to like panera bread until I ordered from the drive thru. First of all, I waited a minute until they actually acknowledged that I was trying to order food. Then, I had to repeat myself 4 times until he got everything right. When I got to the window the guy said it was 10 dollars for 3 orders. After we got that mess fixed, he still forget the cookie I ordered. After asking for it, he still didnt give me my freaking cookie. Thats the main reason I went because of the COOKIE. How is a popular lunch staff incapable of hiring an adequate staff... Its freaking pathetic!

I only get a half hour lunch break and figured I would beat the rush by ordering online. I spent 30 minutes waiting for the "rising bread" icon to load the next page before I gave up and finally tried to call in my order. I had to call 3 times to finally get anyone to pick up and when I placed my order, they informed me it would be a 45 minute wait and they couldnt give me a total over the phone. I can only hope the food is decent or at least still hot when I pick it up! If youre going to run a popular spot, you need to hire sufficient staff. Especially during the holidays!

Horrible!! I love other locations of their bakery but NOT THIS ONE!! I have had dried bread and their brownie is overly baked and dried also. And the worst of all, LIPSTICK on the mug!!! NO BODY including the MANAGER apologized!!! Actually she has the one with unbelievably HUGE ATTITUDE!!! My cuppccino came w/o form and taste horrible then she told me "YOU WANT COFFEE AND MILK,RIGHT?" Cuppccino is ESSPRESSO and milk! Just unbelievable!!

called to make sure they had a drive thru because my husband was picking up the call in after leaving ER with our baby. Was told yes. He gets there and they tell him theres a shelf inside for pick ups. He had to bring our sick baby out of the car and in to get it. The point is WE DIDNT WANT TO HAVE TO GET OUR BABY OUT AND CALLED TO CONFIRM.

Several experiences at the drive-thru with missing items such as dressing for salad and croutons for soup; rapid pick-up later not ready at the time promised; most recently, ordered online only to discover several items unavailable when I got to the restaurant. Good food when its done right but terrible customer service.

My wifes chicken sandwich was undercooked (red and slimy) she brought it to the Mistys (the managers) attention but she said it was like that because it was smoked and turned her away. I love smoked BBQ and can tell the difference between raw and smoked. Save yourself some money and head to subway.

The food is always good at Panera(s), but the service I got here was awesome! My mother recently had surgery and because of that we had some odd requests which they worked with us to get around. Manager (I believe) Michelle went above and beyond to help us and made my recovering mothers day!

I paid $9 for a large macaroni and cheese and a water. When I arrived home (10 minutes away) it was stone cold and the shells were hard as a rock. Every time I go to this location I feel like I am getting secondhand food that people have returned and they are trying to recycle.

The order is wrong...every single time. So I stopped eating here for months, but today was really craving their cream of chicken and wild rice soup. Gave them another chance.... got tomato soup in my bag. The staff is giving Panera Bread a bad name.

Went to Panera for the first time a couple months ago. The food was great. Lots of different things to choose from and huge portions. I suggest sharing with someone. The staff has always been very friendly. More of a healthy place to enjoy.

The prices are outrageous for food that is mostly just alright. That speaks more for the chain than this individual location so if you really like Panera as a brand, then you are sure to find something here.

Although at times the eestrooms, dining hall, and the dish drop off (for guests when done eating), needs improvements on cleaning. However the staff is nice and helpful. Nice place to meet.
