Staff at front counter taking order was rude and inattentive. We ordered a large mac, whole sandwich and pecan roll. We received a half sandwich because the cashier rang it up wrong. The portions are very small for the price you pay. The quality of food does not make up for the price either as it was also lacking, the mac is no better than what you can make from a box and the pecan roll was dry as a popcorn fart. All the tables were sticky and garbage was under all the tables. I might give them another chance in another 6mo.

This new location is great! Lots of light, technology, customer service and of course good food. There is different types of setting for group size or requirements. I used the terminal to order my food and pay during the lunch time. My food was correctly ready in a few minutes. This is the direction Panera Bread is going to be taking a lot of their stores in and I like it. It is a great mix of fast moving technology and great customer service. Stop by this location and have a meal with family/friends.

Order counter was slow; food prep was fine; food was fine. Ordinarily, 4 starts, but I subtracted a star because the counter whirled this little tablet at me that asked me if I wanted to leave a tip. Folks, waiters and waitresses get tips from me. Good tips. But damned if Im going to tip someone standing at a counter, followed by busing my own table. And I stop going to restaurants that ask me to.

I paid for an egg white,turkey sausage sandwich and a smoothie. I specified no tomato which was correct. But there was no sausage or cheese on my sandwich. It is supposed to come with white cheddar and more then two little spinach leaves as well. 4.29 for a piece of egg with a little green on a stale cinnamon flavored bread. Yum. :(
