I am always overly impressed at the incredibly high quality of customer service and courtesy I receive everytime I visit this store. Great service is basically synonymous with Chick-fil-A so what impresses me is that these are young people. They are always happy and always genuinely will to be helpful and even go out of there way at times to accommodate. Going to be honest even if the food was always good(and it is,) I would come to this store for service alone. Thankful, the chicken is amazing and the service is well above any other.

Not a typical 5-star Chick-fil-A experience. Very long line, confusing area to wait for food. There were eight different families waiting for food while we were also waiting there. To apologize they gave us a coupon for a free sandwich that is redeemable in Panama City Florida. Not sure when we will be there - if ever. Very small scrawny burnt chicken strips. Just not what you expect from a Chick-fil-A. Overall the experience, food and service was lacking.

The food is great, the staff are helpful and extremely polite, and their facility is very clean. They will even make you lunch during breakfast hours if you are willing to wait, usually takes 10-15 minutes. I come here often and I cannot ever remember having a bad experience. p.s. - Their Christian values make coming back less difficult, dont have to worry about them flip flopping on their believes.

Theres a reason why chick fil a sets themselves apart from every other restaurant. If other restaurants had the line that chick fil a has during rush, you may be out in 30 min- hour. With pretty much any chick fil a restaurant you are out in 15 minutes at the most no matter how busy they are. Great service and excellent food what more can you ask for?

Its good but sometimes there food is a little to greasy and buttery. There chicken Niger bites are good, but I roll them around in a napkin to get all the extra grease off!! Its nasty just thinking that I would have aye that grease!! Yuck!! But they do have hood French fries that I never have a prob. With!!

The drive through is always around the building. My suggestion is get the app, order from that, and pick up inside. Caution: my girlfriend did that and they gave her a sandwich instead of nuggets. I got exactly what I wanted but you still might want to check your order before you leave.

Nearly every time we frequent this CFA, our service is terrific and we come away pleased/satisfied. Even if the drive-thru line is long, it goes faster than you think. Food is great. Service is friendly, top-notch. Hey, I really like the kale super food, too! Keep up the good work.

This location is always jam packed. Its typical Chik-fil-a fare. Takes forever to get your food due to the number of people. They should get a larger location or a second location. I honestly try to avoid this place, but sometimes the family insists on Chik-fil-a.
