Literally worst experience Ive had with Pizza hut. I ordered a "Large Stuffed Crust Pepperoni Pizza" for delivery and in return I got a medium pizza. Half of the pieces were barely stuffed. The delivery boy didnt even have proper change. When I asked him what he was gonna do about it he shrugged his shoulders like I was gonna pay 35 dollars for a pizza. So I asked him if he could go to the store around the corner to break the 50 dollar bill and he questioned why he would do that. Then I called Pizza Hut to complain about the size of the pizza and the pieces not being stuffed and the woman on the phone insisted on telling me I was wrong. So I told her Im not going to be calling there for pizza anymore and I would write a review and she said thats ok and hung up. No sorry for the inconvenience no refund no nothing. I questioned calling in the first place after reading the previous reviews but I love Pizza Hut so called anyway. Mistake on my part

I have ordered from this location for years and have never experienced the type of service I had last night. I ordered my food at 9:45 and was suppose to receive my food at 11:06. Well my food never came, I called to see what was taking so long and they said they did not have the crust that I desired but yet no one called to let me know. Any way they corrected my order and told me they would deliver it well here it was 12:45am and still no food. I tried calling back but got no answer. I woke up the next day trying to contact a manager, which was today, and I got hung up on three times. This is the worst service I have experienced and I will no longer be spending my money here at 1908 w. Main location

Some of these other reviews make me laugh. Like the guy claiming he got a medium stuffed crust when he ordered a large. Pizza Hut doesnt carry medium stuffeds, trust me, Ive asked. Oh and the woman complaining that someone mentioned that they close in 10 minutes, I think its rude youd order that close to closing time. Sure, every store has some bad apples and every one has bad days but Patrick and his crew are always quick to fix a problem and make sure the customers who show them respect are well taken care of. Top notch service!

So far, so good! First time customer because I saw a 50% of online order, so thought Id give it a try. I had a complicated order, half this and that, and "Ash" was super helpful showing me how to navigate online, and even though there wasnt enough space to spell out the half this and that online, she made sure it was right and even showed me the pizza, so I could verify all was good, before putting it in the oven. Really great customer service! Hoping the pizza tastes equally as great! :)

They are always courteous. As a neighbor they are clean and they provide young adults with needed jobs. I have also seen them go to crazy lengths to stay open and delivering during blizzards. For a chain restaurant, they act with the attention to detail usually only seen with seen with smaller, locally owned businesses.

Literally just called up there and they felt the need to remind me they close in ten minutes....I am a manager in retail, if somone walks in my store at 8:57 and I close at 9:00 I still need to provide them with customer service ...its a paying customer! What happened to respectful customer service?

A lot of angry reviewers here and I could see why. The employees dont seem to care, but the pizza I have gotten from here was normal pizza hut quality. I am a parrot, but what type of quality do you expect when your pizza is cheap and from a chain. It will do when you need that Pizza Hut fix.

they put so much grease on the pan that you have to eat the pizza with a fork. If you try to pick up a slice it falls apart because the crust is so soaked with grease. I went there several times and this happened all the time.

Ordered small order of Hot Wings and a 20 ounce drink. Total was over 9 dollars. Was only 6-8 wings. They werent bad tasting but it was still a rip off. Wont but Wings from Pizza hut ever again.

I always get my food in a timely fashion. Its always fresh and just the way I like it. I must say over the few years they have been "skimpy" on the meat. Overall, very exceptional.
