Love eating at Cracker Barrel and this store/restaurant is no exception. Very nice, friendly wait staff, food arrives promptly, good portion sizes, and weve always enjoyed our meal. I also visit the store part regularly. They have some very nice ladies clothes, jackets, dresses, blouses. They also have beautiful quilts and Yankee candles. I wanted a very pretty pullover they had but the only one on display had a small year around the tag area. I took it to the front and asked if they had anymore. Unfortunately they didnt and when I told them I wanted to just purchase that one anyway the manager would not let me as she stated It was not to Cracker Barrel standards. She then took my number and stated she would find me one at another store. I received a call the next day as she had driven to another store and got it for me. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Our waitress was pleasant and courteous but our food was very late in arriving, it was cold, and not prepared as ordered. My wife ordered your steak and eggs breakfast and went into great detail on how she wanted it prepared. Despite her requests, eggs were runny and steak was overcooked. Server worked hard to rectify problems by bringing more food, but there seemed to be communication issues in the kitchen. Not only put a damper on our meal, but threw us off schedule as we were traveling. We are regular patrons of Cracker Barrel, and have eaten at several different stores across the US, and this was one of the worst experiences we have had.

Mixed feelings. You could tell they where understaffed, kitchen was running way behind. Our food came out warm to be gracious. I think new management, the of the four servers where rising stars. If I was stopping for a quick bite this would be a bad review, but it was a halfway point to meet a friend so we had intended to stay a while, but they didnt know that. But since we were catching up the delay was okay. Ali did the best she could, she even apologized if a couple minutes went by and she doesnt check on our drinks. Between seeing a friend and Alis great attitude Im giving 3 stars. Just plan to wait if you go.

Not your typical Cracker Barrel in Columbia, TN. Really bad service then lack of service. Food not even tasty. Mgr said well it takes 3 times as long. We are training. So the customer suffers. We did pay, but should not have. Several months ago we stopped at CRacker Barrel in Clarksville. This one has the top award of bad service. We were given napkins and was told to use them because the small plates were all dirty. Think we are done with the fine dining at Cracker Barrel.

My wife,granddaughter and I ate at this restaurant ,Sunday evening. The food was fantastic. Our waitress is a wonderful young lady that met our needs in everyway. This young lady, Shelby J. (Gotten from our receipt) is the true definition of a young lady in every sense. I hope she succeed in all her goals and endeavors. She should be at least a spokesperson for your restaurant. Thanks to her for such an enjoyable dining experience while on the road.

Tammy was our server, Dawn was our cashier, and Amanda was also working. They were friendly, engaging and professional. Tammy provided great service during our dinner. Dawn and Amanda provided excellent customer service while we shopped in the store. Ive never felt compelled to rate/post about a Cracker Barrel before this evening. Great team at this location!

Took an hour to get our food and it was not very hot. However, the waitress did bring us some warm biscuits while we waited. The manager had to go back and help the people cooking as someone fell ill. Our waitress was great but the food left a lot to be desired. The place was in need of a good dusting, cobwebs were forming on the items hanging on the ceiling.

We came in with a party of 18 and they tried their best to get all of our party together! We didnt wait very long for our table and the service was great and our food came out quickly, and it was delicious! We had several servers who werent ours stop by our table to ask if we needed anything, everyone was so nice and helpful!!

Its pretty good most of the time. I think it depends on what time you go and whos working. Sometimes the service is great and sometimes not. There have been times when it took forever to get our food, but if it was cold or something wrong with it, they seem to fix the problem much faster than it took to get it.

Best damn Cracker Barrel experience ever! The food was good as usual, but that server Joseph!!!! Awesome job. consistently checked on me as well as his other guest. Im not from Tennessee, but if I have to come back here just to get outstanding service as I experience last night..... I will! Thanks Joseph!

We are local and every time we come in there is some sort of problem with time waiting on food serving half family before all get to be served 20 to 30 minutes later.Always something just ran out and always blaming kitchen staff.Managemebt changes over faster than changing your underwear

Food was great.. the waitress was not very friendly and didnt want to fill drinks.. The rest rooms.. oh my garbage cans over flowing no toilet paper in none of the stalls.. Ill go back but home the staff will be more friendly and they can work on the restroom.s.

Not bad for a hillbilly meat and three. Their menu has old school country favorites that will likely raise your blood pressure and induce a coronary episode and some good surprises like the Spice Rubbed Pork Chop which is on their lower calorie menu.

I enjoy eating there but wish they would discontinue having a fire. I realize most folks think a fire is cozy on a cold/cool day, but both my husband and I are allergic to smoke and cannot visit Cracker Barrel anytime they have a fire.

Always friendly good service. Server was very nice and attentive. Food delicious, as usual. Just wish the gift shop area wasnt so cluttered with product displays, so customers could pass by each other easily.

Standard Cracker Barrell... Except that we found a small shard of glass in our Diet Coke after sucking it up through the straw. Manager was understanding and made it right, but still... watch yourselves here.

No one at hostess station and we had to wait 5 min to be seated even though nit many customers seated. Ordered scrambled eggs and toast. 35 min later food arrived. Barely anyone in here and now I know why.

Stopped with my 2 girls. Waited & no one EVER came to get us drinks. ..much less take our order! Left highly disappointed. Told atleast 3 staff on the way out. Manager was called. Never addressed it at all.

The food is usual for cracker barrel but everytime i go i sit for like 15 min to get my drink i place my order and food comes right out so food is good service is friendly but slow
