since my husband and i moved to the Clarksville area 3 years ago we eat at Soho very often. The food is amazing, the sushi is always very fresh. But recently we had a bad experience with the sushi, it was very watery there was hardly any tuna on my roll and we were not impressed. In 3 years this has been the first time i was upset to the point i never wanted to eat there again. Instead i called and spoke to the manager and he insisted he would fix the problem and made my sushi himself and had it delivered to my house free of charge. Im very grateful he did because the sushi was AMAZING! That is by far more then i ever imagined getting when i called to explain my issue.I will go back time and time again now! i will also recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves a good sushi roll! Soho has opened a new restaurant called Sora off of Wilma Rudolph and Dunbar cave rd in clarksville, its a mixture of Thai food and sushi, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint with the Thai food here! The sushi is also something to stop in for they will not let you down! The service at both places is outstanding! Stephanie and Sunny are some of the best servers i have ever had! Not only do they take your order politely and confidently but they also explain the food so you know exactly what youre ordering. i HIGHLY recommend these places for anyone who loves some good sushi!

Decided to try it twice (you know give them the benefit of the doubt). First time we went after sitting for over 30 mins (lunch time keep in mind) they gave us sesame shrimp instead of chicken (didnt know that was ever a thing), got it fixed and only ate 1/4 of it because the chicken pieces were too crunchy (almost over cooked). We also ordered spring rolls at the beginning and didnt get those until after all of the food had been sent out (so much for an appetizer). Second time I went by myself and decided to try the lunch special chicken teriyaki. Chicken was chewy and tasted cheap, waitress forgot my sauce or even that she took my order. One soda i tried was flat, got different soda and it had a weird taste to it. Miso soup left a burnt taste in my mouth (I dont even know how thats possible) and the sauce on the house salad was way too over powering (and I love ginger sauce). I also didnt receive my soup and salad until after I received everything else. Sushi roll was definitely over priced for what it consisted of and size. Therefore Im never going back again.

The delivery took entirely too long for being 2 miles away. They called and said they had the wrong address (Im sure). Then when the food arrived, not only were the portions small, it was wrong. I then had to wait longer for the correct order to arrive (and for a starving pregnant woman, one second is too long much more an additional 30-45 minutes on top of the already delayed delivery). This is the least "authentic" looking Chinese food I have had. Vegetable fried rice is wet yellow rice and a few pieces of peas and carrots stirred in. Needless to say we will not be ordering here again.

I placed an order for delivery the order was read back to me as I ordered it. When the order got to my house half the order was missing. The driver was informed and went back to see what happened. The girl called back and stated she didnt see the part that was not delivered and she would talk to the boss then called me back and said the computer messed up the order and they could charge me and bring out the rest. No sorry, no offer for a discount, no offer for a free item. The food was pretty good well the people that got to eat anyway my whole meal was forgotten. Bad business for sure.

Sushi fresh and beautiful. Friendly staff. Nice setting for a casual date or family dinner, but just classy enough for a cocktail dress. Menu has everything! It was hard to decide. My favorite thing about the fresh sushi is that you can order it with whatever ingredients you want. For example my husband does not like cucumber (which is in everything it seems like) but he enjoys California roll and such besides. I was able to order one special for him. If you visit there more than once, they will recognize you and treat you friendly, which feels really special.

I see that in order to put your review you have to rate first. If it were up to me I would rate them 0 stars. Their food that took almost 2 hours was disgusting. My egg Foo young had egg shells in it. I had four patties and they all went to waste. The egg rolls were disgusting as well which seemed like they were not fully done. I was very disappointed in how the owner and asst manager handled the situation. I would not recommend for others to make this place a place to satisfy their Chinese appetite. IT IS HORRIBLE!

Tried it for the first time a few weeks ago, wasnt impressed.. Although the staff was friendly, their Sushi didnt taste very good or fresh (maybe because I came in late?) and both rolls fell apart immediately. Gave it another shot the other day with similar results..It honestly wouldnt surprise me if they had gotten my Togo orders from Publix next door.. For the same price at better places in town, I dont think Ill be back.

Absolutely disgraceful. We ordered food for dinner & it took them over an hour to get here. The chicken was cold & stale & you could tell it had been sitting out all day. The sweet & sour sauce was also cold. The person on the phone was very rude when we called to ask for a refund. We will never give Soho another penny & will take our business elsewhere. Very disappointed by the disgusting food & rude workers.

Being sick on Halloween and taking care of a two year old on your own is not easy, so we decided to order in tonight. SOHO is who we always go to for the Shrimp in lobster sauce and chicken fried rice. It was absolutely on point today! No complaints whatsoever! To top it off the delivery guy, Sam, was extremely nice and well mannered. Thank you for being amazing tonight soho and Sam.

Unorganized. Went in to order take out, sat for a bit. Waitress was really kind. Then I got my order and left, only to discover upon arriving home that they didnt put my entire order in the bag. Had to drive all the way back to pick it up, and when I arrived they said I had forgotten it. Very bad customer service, and okay japenese food. Will not be eating at soho ever again!

My food arrived earlier than expected, so I was happy about that. But it was not good. This was my first time ordering food from this restaurant and my last. I didnt bother calling them back because its too many other restaurants in Clarksville so there is no need to "cry over spilled milk". I just wont be ordering their food again!

Second time ordering delivery and Im not at all disappointed! These are the best fried dumplings Ive ever had! The veggies in the vegetable fried rice are fresh and crunchy. The food is always delicious and the customer service is wonderful, which is so refreshing. Next time, were stopping in to try the sushi!
