Ive eaten a few times here before and the service and food was always good. This time I ordered sushi with a side of fried rice and as my drink I order merlot. Obviously its not often ppl order wine at a Chinese restaurant. I took one sip of the wine and it tasted like an old opened bottle that has not been touched in a couple of months. I know wine is aged, but if you think it doesnt matter if you dont drink it for a while after the bottle being opened, believe me theres a huge difference. But I understood the situation and asked her if I could have water instead because the wine did noynt Taste right. She rolled her eyes and walked away, somebody else came to our table to take our order. I have her my order and asked for pensacola sushi roll with a side of fried rice. She brought the rice out immediately after taking my order even though I asked for it with my sushi. Im very displeased, I guess I got here at the wrong time because Ive never experienced this kind of service here or anywhere else Ive eaten. I should of gotten take out instead.

Went for lunch a few weeks ago and liked my steak hibachi well enough (see picture), but the service was damned near absent. The lazy waitress appeared eventually with menus, ghosted for about 10 minutes, came back to silently take my order, then didnt reappear until she delivered my food and drink concurrently. What the actual hell? She mumbled something once over the wall, which I assumed was an inquiry about whether or not I needed anything. I grunted back a monosyllabic noise and didnt see her again until I had to launch a flare to obtain my check. Just kidding...I didnt have a flare at hand. So. The food was fine. The ambiance was funereal and depressing. The service was apathetic to the level of simply pathetic. Three stars on the strength of the grub and in spite of the slob who cant grok the basic concepts of being a waitress.

Busy night for Valentines Day. First time we have come into the location. We normally have it delivered. Nice simple decore. I could see them expanding into a larger space and pulling good crowds. Prices are more than fair for the area. Service is home grown. (meaning they dont hire anyone ) It seems to be a of band sisters that run the front of the house. A little hectic @ times but they get the job done. Got in a little early and beat the rush. Good thing there is a wait 15min in to sitting. Worth the wait.

The typical American horror of Japanese food. Tempura shrimp which said lightly battered on the menu was so heavily battered and under seasoned that it was just unpleasant. The sushi was like Publics brand (which isnt bad for supermarket sushi). Yakitori noodles were watery and Chicken Katsu was moist, but again had little seasoning. I expect more because of the rating people were giving, but after living in Japan it just becomes depressing.

So sad that this place used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I found a hair in my Pad Thai. I told the server about it and asked if I can get a replacement. She laughed and said:" but you almost finish... So I didnt get another dish and of courses I paid the full amount for the food with hair. Most importantly, not even get an apology. Cant believe it, not returning.

First time here and first time trying sushi. Great habachi chicken and sushi! Really enjoyed the highway and wasabi roll. Completely blown away by how nice the people are with the service! Definitely a place I would recommend for anyone. It wasnt even my pick to go. It will be next time for sure.

Food good, decor was ok, not great, service was terrible. Waitress was clueless and needed help from her English speaking coworker to help with communicating with us. That coworker was listening to his iPod most if the time and the sushi guy was more interested in the soccer game on TV.

I order regularly and never had problem in the pass. Yesterday I called for delivery as always and what a surprisely surprise when I saw my sushi roll with a roach on top of it. So...disgusting how come the chef not see it while it was being hand rolled??? Never be back again.

Hands down worst sushi experience. Unfriendly staff, crummy looking restaurant. Food tasted sub par and made us feel sick. Small portion/big price. Waitress got the order wrong. Only came to the table once and it was slow... Just go to horizon across the bridge, waaaay better

the sushi chefs whipped up an excellent batch of sushi. ingredients were the freshest, hence the good, quality sushi. the service was good. overall, i would say that this is one of the best sushi places in Milton. good value for your money. well definitely be regulars :)

Wife and I went to check this place out unsure of what we would find. We were very happily surprised. The sushi was great, the entrees we ordered were great. The atmosphere was friendly and clean (not what you might think from the outside). big kudos!

Got food to go and was WAY more than I could eat. I got hibachi and my husband got general tso chicken. The food was excellent!! Tasted great. Will definitely be eating here again when in town.

The sushi is good, the dinners are good. Theyre slightly pricey but its worth it. Delivery is always fast. I prefer to get delivery because the service in the location is always terrible.

Great service and tried piccaso roll and it was out of this world. I highly recommend this place and if you are looking for new sushi rolls try the one mentioned above.

The fried rice is so buttery and fluffy and the yum yum sauce to top it off!!?? Amazing. Service is fast and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. Sushi is great!
