Ordered food to be delivered. Delivery time was quite long. Once the order was received, we noticed that one of the entrees was missing. The order itself was for around $60. When we called to let them know that one of the entrees was missing they insisted they delivered the entire order. After describing each and every delivered item they acted confused because they "knew" they had bagged all of the food. We politely asked them to deliver our missing entree. They accused us of lying to them which shifted our attitude slightly. Finally we thought we had the situation resolved and waited for the missing entree to be delivered. After 45 minutes we called back. They again accused us of lying and argued that they sent all the food. As we had already waited 45 minutes for a delivery they never intended to make, we requested a refund. They refused to send the food and refused the refund. Worst business ever....

When things go right in the food industry we are happy, but very rarely rant about it. Im not one of those people.If things go wrong,we often times grumble and complain and get on yelp or google reviews today how horrible things are. These are facts. I however decide a restaurants quality of service by what they do when things go wrong and frankly china king shines as a bright star. My order got jacked up a little bit and when I went to complain, they immediately offered to remake my food and offered a discount on my next order, their food generally is delicious and never is stingy on portions. These guys clearly take pride in their craft and of all the Chinese in clarksville, theirs is simply put the best bar none. Dont waste your money elsewhere!

Ive been ordering from these guys for years and just now thought about leaving a post. The serving sizes are ridiculous. I would order a few large items and that would last us for at least another day or two. The food is really good. Ive picked up food there and watched the guys cooking. They really put a lot of heart into their cooking. Very professional chefs. They look to be a small restaurant, but they put out a lot of meals. Once you try them out, especially delivery or pick up, youll be a permanent customer.

Ordered delivery and I got to say I dont understand why this place has such a high rating. The food was not great. It just tasted off. I didnt even finish the meal. I also need to say that its very shady that their delivery drivers dont want to give change. The driver gave me the food and as soon as I gave him a $20 he quickly left. A $6 tip....yeah well I wont ever order from here again and recommended that you dont either. If you do take the chance then I recommend giving exact change, or getting takeout.

Used to like their food but its time to find a new delivery place. Szechuan beef was bland at best, kung pao shrimp tasted like cardboard, when I ordered ginger ale they took it upon themselves to substitute with sprite without asking if I even drink those (I dont). I was ok with never getting chopsticks or other silverware with my orders, let alone napkins. They used to be good and my go-to for two years ... but tonight was my last order.

Chicken wings were just frozen wings. Egg rolls were soggy. Crab Rangoon was pretty good. Sweet and sour didnt look good but it was actually pretty good. Chicken fried rice was good too. Over all its not to bad for strip mall Chinese. Clarksville needs a good sit down chinese food restaurant.

This has been our date night spot for a few years now. Chinese food and a Goodwill shopping spree - woohoo! Were living the high life, aint we?: The food is hot and fresh, quality is consistent and the service is friendly. Dining area is small, but they do a lot of take out and delivery.

This food was disgusting. I purchased Beef Lo Mein and chicken wings, and it was all disgusting. The beef should not be the same consistency as the noodles. It should be tender and juciy, like meat. Not chewy and squishy like the noodles. It was absolutely gross.

The lo mein was fantastic! If youre looking for a decent fried rice however, dont bother looking here. They basically just boiled yellow rice and tossed some peas in. Decently-sized shrimp, but the word "jumbo" is definitely misunderstood.

I eat here quite often, when I call the staff is always polite and friendly. Given I havent had them deliver yet, pick up is always 10 mins or less; some of the best egg rolls and wonton in town for the price. No complaints here

Very friendly and polite staff. They will answer any questions you have to the best of their knowledge. If you choose to dine in, they will even bring the food to your table. Great place for great food.

Didnt taste right I just tossed 15$ in food away it tasted like the chicken wasnt real chicken and the egg roll was soggy and had a strange taste so did my soup.

Got shrimp egg foo young and chicken wings. Dont waste your money. Wings dont look appetizing and taste the same. Save your money go somewhere else
