I came here last week and ordered a kids meal for my lunch. I loved it. It was the perfect amount of food for lunch. So on my way home from work tonight, I ordered dinner for my husband and I. I ordered chicken, rice and veggies for one meal. So I get to the window, pay and get my food. The amount of chicken I got and the amount of veggies I got were less than the amount I got with my kids meal.. I was so upset, so I just paid for more chicken. Then he offered for me to buy more veggies for 10% off. I was livid! Hello...This is unacceptable!! Make sure you ask a ton of questions before you krder so you get what you expect.. I am not one to complain and this may be my very first review I have ever made.. However, the food tasted pretty good. My husband was happy.

They dont have the staff or prepared food to deal with a line of customers. Certain people are in management and shouldnt be because clearly they dont know how to talk to associates without yelling. I stopped by after work to get a meal and they ran out of my entrée -so I figure no biggie because thats expected when it is busy. As I waited on my entree I noticed the manager scolding an associate and then she came over to prepare my meal. I told her what entrees I wanted she replied sarcastically, " its written on here." I let that one slide and when I got home my order was wrong. I give this place a 2 because I love their food, but management needs work.

The service is mediocre at best and their manager needs help grasping the simple customer service concept "the customer is always right" . You simply cannot tell someone that "they got what they paid for" especially if the entree is not what I asked for. Then proceed to offer me 10% off my next meal. Instead what she shouldve done is offer to replace the part of my purchase that was incorrect like most other fast food restaurants do.

I had been avoiding going here because the Panda Express where I am from left a bad taste in my mouth, but sometimes the cravings are just too real and this location did not disappoint! The staff was so friendly, I wish I knew their names (I went twice in one day. Seriously, cravings.) and the food was delicious. Generous portions and fresh. 10/10 would recommend. And I dont normally review anything.

I waited until I visited this place on 3 separate occasions to rate it. My food was consistently cold, not full portions as mentioned on the menu, sloppy with their boxes, and partially filled drinks and I dont mean from fizz. The staff Is mediocre and not polite.

Last time I went there a few months ago the food wasnt as good. I dont know whats up but I got sick from it. May be a one time thing, but I tried it again and still got sick. I use to like it but now Im weary of going there.

They had run out of vegetables 5 hours prior. No substitutes and the dishes that didnt have vegetables lacked a significant amount of meat. A waste of 20 bucks. Just bad form overall without any "sorry" given.

Poor customer service. Chose them over chick fil a because there was no line but wound up at chick fil a anyways because the drive through attendant was very rude. No wonder there was an empty parking lot.

Overly busy and under staffed. First time here but have eaten at other locations. Waited in line for 5 minutes or more. Foods tasted great. Parking gets taken up by chick fil a business.
