The food is good but the attitude of the owners is very unprofessional. Especially the man. I ordered hot tea which takes longer than the food to get ( dont know why ) , and I wanted 2 teabags instead of the watered down 1. You would have thought I was asking for a free meal. I offered to pay for the extra tea bag but the owner got a real nasty attitude and didnt want to serve it to me but his wife finally agreed and gave it to me. The man brought us the food and just plopped it down on the table and walked away. This guys very unprofessional. They restaurant is not much bigger than a walk in closet. Nowhere to stand while waiting on the food. If you are fortunate enough to find a table, people look at you just waiting for you to get up. The walk in closet needs to be bigger to accommodate the customers. The biggest turn off is the staff talk in English unless they dont want you to understand them. Thats when they speak in their native language and then turn back to whoever is ordering, smiles and then talk English again. Once again, VERY unprofessional.

The food is slightly better than other Chinese restaurants. The sanitation rating is low, only a 92.0 for my visit :-(. I called in an order and was quoted a 20 minute wait time. When I arrived the food was not ready. They lied to me and told me it was almost ready when in reality they hadnt started making it yet because I had to wait an additional 20 minutes. When I was at the counter to pay, the employee stopped in the middle of our transaction to answer the phone and take orders twice in a row.

The food was ok but the service was awful. My first visit was my last. I understand that they were busy but we( my daughter and I) were both told 30 min to get our order prepared. I got my order in 40 min. They lost my daughters order, and she ordered before I did. She apologized and gave us "a drink" for waiting and was told another 20 min wait. We waited an hr and 10 minutes and they got mad because we complained!!!!

Service not so great but food was good. I cant STAND, when people of a different ethnicity start talking and laughing in their native language. Especially when Im the only customer in the establishment. Its rude as hell, and its a sure fire way of losing my business. Needless to say, I wont be returning regardless of the good food. I work too hard for my money to feel like Im being made a mockery of while spending it.

Havent done a review in a long time and had to chime in about this place. Dont let the strip mall facade fool you - it did me for other Chinese places. Even the menu up on the wall is a turn off. But I trusted the reviews and was definitively pleased. Great food, fast, great decor, all around good place to grab lunch or dinner.

Went with friends tonight.. Ordered different items each of us..Mongolian beef, beef and mushroom, chicken and vegetables and I had tofu in bean curd sauce.. quite a wait for a table but food was good..veggies tasted fresh and prepared pretty fast.. All of us enjoyed our food and will most likely be dining there again..

Really sucks when go to get something to eat and they tell you we closing for clean up at 9:20 but your hours say Fri/sat close at 10:30. I can see maybe 30 min early but really over a hour early that was my first and last time going here
