I ordered the sesame chicken with noodles on the Navy Pier in Chicago. It was absolutely disgusting. The chow main noodles tasted like cold spaghetti noodles. These cannot be egg noodles. The Sesame chicken was tasteless and disgusting. I was starving but could not eat this awful meal. Shame on you for calling yourselves Chinese Food! And how embarrassing to the Navy Pier to have such horrible food being served at their establishment.

Horrible food, customer service, and experience. Had a last meal here after a boat tour. People behind the counter were rude and could care less about making food or providing service. To top it off, one of the members of our group got very sick from his meal right before his plane ride out of the city. I tried to call and file a complaint but it seems Navy Pier doesnt care about feedback. Avoid this place.

This was the worst Chinese food Ive probably ever had; everything tasted so overly processed. I wait 15 minutes for undercooked potstickers. To top it off, the food is expensive and the service was horrible. Its sad to have this type of quality with such a nice looking renovation. I wont be back.

I have visited the big bow in Ohio but this was nothing like it the we ordered the Mongolian beef and orange chicken. The portions were way to small for the price and salty and to zesty. Nothing like the one on Ohio. I dont know how people could consume this food.

I was not all that impressed by the meal. Especially since it was attach to a pizza and chicken place. Customer service was more focused on getting the customer through the line and I felt the meal had way more rice and vegetables than any meat substance

Great food and friendly staff ...came from Minneapolis Minnesota and i loved it here but the big city chicken is one of my favorite place to eat at when im in Chicago. Way to go guys 5 stars from me.

Kind of odd that to add a chicken egg roll to your bowl is $2.49 each but to order the same off the starter menu is $5.49 for 2... Orange chicken was quite salty.
