This place has gone downhill since the previous manager left. I just had lunch there and it was almost self service. The waiter wasnt friendly and I had to get up and get extra napkins and even a tea refill on my own. He finally brought the check but never came back for the money. I had to take it to the register and have someone come ring it up. There was no welcome, thank you or any kind of greeting. Case Fiesta is close by and the service and food are excellent. If you do go to this Las Palmas try to avoid getting Jose, waiter #4. Actually they all would rather sit around and talk than give good service. Too bad, theyre ruining what used to be a good restaurant.

I have nothing but great things to say about this restaurant. Its the only restaurant my husband and I eat at regularly. They have enough on the menu for even picky eaters (myself) to have a variety of choices, everything Ive had is delicious, and the prices are good. All of the wait staff is friendly, and in the rare instances when something has come out not exactly as ordered, they are quick to genuinely apologize and fix it immediately. Weve taken our families from out of town to restaurants all over Nashville, but every time they visit now, they all request Las Palmas!

Cheap quality, overpriced, and small pprtions. I am surprised Brentwood tolerates this. I paid $12.00 for the equivalent of a lean cuisine. Frozen, microwaved veggies, tough chicken, and heat and serve rice. Nothing about their food is fresh. The corn chips were prepacked, just refried, and the salsa was from a can. I will not be back.

Chips are good, salsa is terrible. The guac is just avocado but good. The cheese dip is tasty. I had the flautas and they were not very flavorful but with the side dips was okay. My beaux had the mole poblano and he said he chicken was really juicy and sauce was good. The rice and beans were generic. The tortillas were really good.

the service is always top notch. great food, great drinks, great atmosphere. Its a nice place on the weekend to take the family or on the way home from work that i just dont want to cook. Im in there once every 10 days or so and the service and quality is always consistent. Kudo Las Palmas!

This is my fav Mexican Restaurant around. I will only get cheede dip from Las Palmas! The manager Jesús is so friendly too, every time my family eats there hes interacting with the customers and will even bring food out to our table if it gets busy. Great customer service xoxo

We just had lunch there and everything was great. Great food and great service. We never had to ask for a refill and even at the end of service they offered to go cups. Both our dishes were cooked very well and both tasted great. On top of everything service was fast.

This place is awesome. Great food and great people. My wife and I have to eat here once every 10 days minimum or I go through taco withdrawal. And as an added bonus, being so proximal to a delicious mexican food place has dramatically increased our property values.

The food is excellent! Very reasonable prices. Theres usually a wait for dinner they are so good so we instead order takeout. Unlike other restaurants they throw in chips and salsa for our take out orders which is always greatly appreciated!!!
