I didnt care much for their food at all. The service sucked too. I went at lunch time & had to wait for about 15 minutes to be seated. There was no sign directing guests to wait, or to go ahead & have a seat. I & three other patrons who were not with me just stood there while many, many tables sat open. There was plenty of staff working & only two or three tables sat. Essentially, they just ignored us. When I finally was seated, the Chicken Pad Thai I ordered had a rotten taste to it. The chicken was starting to turn. Overall, just a miserable experience. It was the first time Ive ever been here, & I will never go back. I heard a lot of wonderful things about this restaurant. I was excited about it. Too bad really...

The worst experience I have ever had was at this place the waitress was extremely rude she made me wait 15 minutes before she even came to the table to acknowledge that I was there the food was terrible when it asked for the manager because the food was not what I ordered due to the servers not speaking good English he told me regardless of me liking or disliking the food that I didnt even touch I had to pay for it its very unfortunate Its very unfortunate that I didnt eat my food but I had to pay for it I will never eat there again you shouldnt either. ☹️

If I could put no star rating I would, but I cant. One of the slowest, rudest customer service ever. They got new servers who gives off attitudes and clearly has no idea what theyre doing. I worked as a server before and never had I ever directly ask customers if they are giving me tips. These servers (old and new) not only asked me once but TWICE for tip. Dont get me wrong the food is good, the waitresses needs to be change and customer service needs an upgrade.

They have a hugely impressive selection of Vietnamese, Thai, and Japanese food. The tempura is really delicious and well done. Really highly recommend this place and will definitely come back. Really delicious food, and the best sushi weve had in Nashville for the price. Other reviews have mentioned rude customer service, but that was not my experience. Our food came out really quickly and our drinks were refilled, so nothing to complain about!

Im kind of torn here a bit, the sushi tempura i had was VERY tasty, but it took VERY long to arrive. Ridiculously long, so much so that 3 people in our party just completely finished their meals, despite having waited 15 minutes for us to try to get ours..... seriously? Like I said though, the sushi tempura was delicious. Perhaps our waiter just forgot to put in our order completely, so I will be back sometime and try to get someone else.

Ive been eating here for years and have only eaten the Vietnamese options. They are all incredibly flavorful and prepared with care and dedication. There are times when all I want is a big bowl of Bun with extra fish sauce and this place satisfies 100%. The owner has always been friendly and helpful with the menu. I highly recommend this place to anyone from the locals to someone passing through on I24!

Ive only done lunches here. Good: - The food is awesome! Bad: - Service is normally poor. Slow to take order, refill drinks, or even bring check. - Ive gone in several times and dirty dishes would be piled up on one of the tables. What theyd do is instead of clearing a table by taking the dishes to the back is theyd just move several tables dirty dishes to 1 or 2 tables.

For starters, if you order out, make sure to check your food before leaving. When you dine in, make sure the waiter repeats your order back to you. My wife and I had 2 dinner dates there with friends within 2 weeks and on both occasion, we had 2 young ladies take our order and they missed them up. It never fails. Set a side that, the pho and stir fry is great.

I have enjoyed everything Ive ever eaten here and I love the staff. However, service can sometimes be a bit slow at lunch given that not more than two or three servers staff the entire dining room. That said, Ive always been treated well and know some servers by name. Lunch portion sizes are a great value. I eat here for lunch every chance I get.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!WORST PLACE EVER! The customer service is horrible. I have shellfish allergies so I ordered a modified sushi roll. They served me shellfish TWICE in a row. When I asked to speak to the manager in duty they immediately decided that they didnt understand English and refused to get me the manager. Will never return

Warm sushi and dark spots on the salmon. The health score is 71. The curtains separated the kitchen and front bar and cashier, the thing was nasty. Beware that the forks and spoons are all greasy and the phone order service is very rude and sometimes the take out phone orders arent available because they wont answer the phone!

By far Thai Papaya restaurant is the best spot for sushi in Nashville!!! The Black Angel, Volcano, Airport, Big Roll and Thai Papaya rolls are ALL delicious! The prices are unbeatable also! Oh and the Teriyaki Chicken is great too. I think my second favorite spot would have to be Sushi Me, but they are pretty expensive.

Awful customer service, been there twice and servers are the worst Ive ever seen, very rude staff. Drinks never get refilled never reply when you say thank you for bringing the food. I dont think Ive ever seen any of them smile. My last visit ended with me walking out because my pho was cold and coke was flat

food is average, nothing special about it. they use too much sodium in the pho though, the soup is usually very black and makes my mouth taste like a sea of salt afterward. sushi not very good, fried rice below average. only come here for the pho once in a while. good customer service and waitresses.

The food is amazing. There is better Thai but the price and the serving sizes exceed expectations, for $9 you get enough to take home a good portion of your meal. The owner owns a grocery store and everything is fresh! Considering the price and portion sizes its hard stretched to beat. Enjoy!!!

Nastiest food ever, RUDE service, they will get attitude with you if you ask for something! Never check up on you and they expect TIP! Theyre chicken is left over from the night before they put in the pho! The pho smells like ass. All veggies are rotten. Dont be surprised if you get diarrhea!

Worst experience ever, the servers are really rude, I found black dust on their chicken, we asked for extra Lemons a couple of times but they didnt bring it and lied saying they were out but they took it for other customers! I saw other people snapping on the servers and the manager.

I was put off by the service and the food was not what Ive come to enjoy from Thai food in Nashville. This place came recommended and I was very disappointed. I wanted to like it but after 4 bites... done. Server wasnt even concerned, hence my vent and my rating.

We went in on a Sunday afternoon, and there were only two other occupied tables. After waiting a full 20 minutes without even being acknowledged by the staff, we left. The food may be great, but well never know.
