Went last week and got roast beef dinner was so good, tender and portion great for price. Could of had a piece for the next day with a bisquit, yet just kept eating was so good. Went again this week for same dinner and to get a dinner for a Friend as She just had some teeth pulled abd told Her how awesome it was ,tender etc. So went for two orders. It was the down time of the day and always call ahead to go. Called in to be switched for to go order and it rang and rang, and ranget to switched bk to cashier not once bit 2 times. Unbelievable. As I pull in and plenty of parking as I said slow time of day between 3 -4. When I got to house with this meal which is a higher meal after all this I have never been so aggravated and so disappointed as I was to open to see this unbelieveable little piece of roast beef with one side being nothing but fat as I looked and held up too my friend and said I cannot believe this as I told her how long it took just for someone too even pick up the phone. She held Hers up and haf basically the same a big pieces of fat as well. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED AT CRACKER BARREL AS I GO HERE OFTEN AND UNFORTUNATELY GO IN EARLY AND USUALLY WOUND UP SPENDING AN ADDITIONAL $60-70 MORE ON OTHER THINGS IN THERE I SEE I WANT. THE DINNER LAST WEEK HAD APROX 3 SLICES AND JUST LOOKED AS I TOLD MY FRIEND EVEN THE presentation was amazing as The Roast beef itself. WE GOT ONE scrawny little piece with mostly fat at 10 something a plate totally unbelievable totally unrealistic totally not worth one minute of my time on the call the food nothing about this experience at the Cracker Barrel on Long Hollow Pike on 3/ 13 /2017 & $30.00 later for 2 plates with 2 vegetables and 2 pieces of cake. NOT SURE ILL BE BACK AFTER THIS ONE. THEY DIDNT WANNA ANSWER AND TAKE ORDER ANYWAY. ACTUALLY JUST RECALLED I HAD TOO CB. AFTER IT RUNG OFF THE WALL FIRST TIME SOMEONE PICKED UP AND HUNG UP. THEN CALLEN BK, TOLD THEM THIS TO GET THE SAME RINGING, RINGING TO BK TO CASHIER. THEY WERE NOT BUSY AT ALL. I WAS ACTUALLY SITTING IN PARKING LOT ONCE FINALLY PLACING ORDER!!

Bad management for a local Tennessee company. First they do not treat their employees with respect. Brian the General Manager will harass employees. When you call Corporate office to tell them about practices and issues going on at the location they will tell you they will get to the bottom of the issue. It is an open policy and they will let the people know you mentioned it. Bad mistake. Because of this the manager treated me differently. Actively stalking me and looking for ways to make my job harder and to terminate me. I was terminated soon after. Corporate office did not care. They assumed it was correct, and sided with the manager the same one I complained about when I first called. They have a no retaliation policy but that is completely false. It did not help me when I lost my job I worked hard to get. Customers enjoyed my company at Cracker Barrel and I had a difference for everyone I had met. It is sad this company at this location and corporate office does not care about their employees. -Amber

Their food is so very much just as Mom cooks or did cook many years ago. It is not bland at all, has just the right amount of seasoning and the food is not greasy. My favorite is the meatloaf and mashed potatoes, along with a vegetable and good ole home made biscuits or their cornbread. Cracker Barrel is one spot I never get tired of eating at!! If you want great home cooking, this is the place to get it. Their large bowl of Chicken n Dumplings is sooo great too. They also have a "Great Gift Shop" as you walk in!! The price is $$+. They serve breakfast also. If I came across a "Cracker Barrel", I sure would "not pass up the best home cooking" youll get at any of the many resturant" that are out there to choose from. I eat out often and this resturant I give 10 stars.

Food is ok... Waited almost 30 min to be seated only to find out that half of the dining area was EMPTY! They seated 8 tables of 2 to 3 persons thatvarrived after us. All to find out that the "kids" at the reception stand forgot that a server was here. There were also at least five tables that had not been cleared. I was watching the dining area consistently for the entire wait. I asked for the manager and he said he was busy bussing tables.... he had been back in the kitchen the entire time. He obviously has NO control of the location. I would suggest going a few miles north up I-85 to the location in White House! You will be rewarded with a much better experience.

The food was great. The service was awful and i mean awful. The waiter go smart with me on 2 occasions. Was very rude. Had a bad attitude and his name was Michael. As he pointed out to me. When i said hey man what about our biscuits. Told the manager. He apologize to me and told me he would have someone else finish our service. Well come to find out that didnt happen. We still had to deal with Michael our pathetic waiter. So the manager dropped the ball on that one. I am very unhappy with the sercice tonight from my waiter and the manager. So if u go there dont get Michael as your waiter.

Michael our awesome server was exactly what we needed for our frazzled Friday! His spirit and attentiveness to details allowed us to truly unplug and unwind after a long week.The. Experience could only have felt more like home if my mom were there! She spent her life doing exactly what we experienced with Michael last night.Cracker Barrel has a true gem with people like Michael on their front lines! What a phenomenal experience!

The service was great and my mother liked it. The fish wasnt fully cooked and it was the worst trout Ive had in a very long time. The greens and dumplings tasted nothing like home cooking. Fries were hard and mostly cold. The mini cornbread muffins were good and so was the sweet tea. I only ate here as I was taking my mother to a Drs apt in Nashville and she wanted to eat here. Not a fan.

It wasnt the best CB Ive been to, but it wasnt bad. Main complaint I have is we were in the lobby area waiting for a few minutes while we were looking directly at numerous empty (and clean) tables, but no one was sitting us. The waitress was OK and kept our drinks filled, but I think could have had a more upbeat attitude and smile. Food was decent.

This location is always busy. It happens to be the closest to me and I love breakfast food so I like it. There are a lot of things to see inside, a small shop to check out, great candy, and tasty food. I like the Country Morning Breakfast or Uncle Hershels (depending on how hungry I am) and the iced tea and coffee are fresh! Enjoy!

My husband and I ate breakfast here. Always love their breakfast. Except this time. They were not busy when we were there. Waitress messed up hubbies order. Offered to get the correct order but we didnt have the time. Biscuits were hard. Worst breakfast experience Ive had with this chain. Mixed feelings about this location.
