If I could give this place no stars I most definitely would. My company ordered take out and was treated very rudely. All the food was bland. They charged for each eel sauce but did not place the sauce in the bag. They told one person that they would only be charged $1 dollar extra for fried rice then got their to pick it up they charged $4 dollars extra. All of the food was cold and very bland. When we told the to go waitress at the counter the issue she stated take it or leave it its up to you. I called to speak with the Manager named Pu. The same waitress was arguing in the background and the Manager asked me to drive 15 mins back to the place to return all the food uneaten. Well thats not possible because we spent our whole lunch break trying to get food from them. We ordered at 11:30am. We dont get off until 5:30 pm. She would like us to return all their food untouched 5hrs later through rush hour traffic. Absolutely AWFUL Customer Service. Did not apologize for any inconvenience caused or their food being completely disappointing. ALL THE FOOD WAS BAD! Never again will we spend our $15-20 pp at this place. NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you are looking for a place that looks like a million bucks outside, this is not the place. If you are looking for a fancy place to take a date, this is not the place. However, if you are looking for a place that serves what you ultimately go to a restaurant for, GOOD FOOD, This is the place !!! The sushi was excellent ! I only gave it 4 stars for the following reason. It had nothing to do with the a fore mentioned items, it had to do with the selection of sushi on the menu. The selection seamed varied but there seemed to also be an absence of many of what I would call good generic rolls. My wife and I eat a lot of sushi and we both noticed the diminished listing. All of the said, I would be happy to go there again and we could easily enjoy ourselves.

The owner is HORRIBLE. We did not receive a roll on our to honor and we called back to get refunded and the owner argued with us and was rude and wouldnt stop arguing. She wouldnt even refund us the full amount of the roll until we pushed back and then she said fine and hung up. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Even if you have decent food what matters is how we are treated and this place is a disgrace. We have gone here many times and after being treated this way we will NEVER go back. Dont waste your time with RUDE ERROGANT people that dont care about your service or to treat you with respect.

Ive only gone to this place because it was convenient. First time I was there for lunch, I never got my food. I waited 45 minutes at the table and only got water. Second time, I got my food, but the service was not attentive. Third time, my spicy tuna and salmon rolls were ugly and I asked for a miso soup and was brought a salad. Japanese food is supposed to look good, not just taste good. I am not going back a fourth time

Horrible Service. When I showed them the salad they are giving to customers (even if it is complementary) they said I dont have to come if I dont like it. You better dont give anything if all you can do is that horrible looking leaves of lettuce, not even quarter of the container. And dealing with complain like that is even worse. Respect your customers. Dont be too confident

This is the classic "Dont judge a book by its cover". Ugly exterior and not the best decor inside but man the food is phenomenal. I had the pho bowl with beef and was one of the best dishes Ive ever eaten. Coworkers and I shared a sushi "boat for 3" but was easily enough for 4, probably even 5. Great sushi too. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant.

The food is so good but every time I come here the service is terrible! Today my server left with out notice. I sat there wondering where he was. I always have to walk to the check out counter to ask for a to go box. I asked her did my server leave, she said yes. Im thinking "then why didnt anyone cover his tables?" Smh get better service!!!

The sushi was BOMB!!! I had to make myself stop eating it was so good and fresh. I cant wait to go back after competition season. A must try. I never would have known from the outside appearance, but sometimes those are the best places. Must try if you love sushi or just want to try it out. Cant wait to try the other food on the menu.

This has got to be the best Sushi in town... if not the state or even region. If you like sushi or even Nigiri, you should try this place. Its a simple place, near the airport and across the street from Dell. For $11.96 + tip you will walk away stuffed. They have plenty of regular and exotic rolls, but they all have a unique touch.

We LOVE this place! When we want sushi we go to Kobe. They have GREAT food at GREAT prices. They have a two roll special that cant be beat, two sushi rolls and your choice of a salad or egg roll for around $13. These rolls are huge, and my husband and I can share this as a meal. Give them a try! I promise you will love it!

Functional, affordable Asian place in Antioch. No nonsense and no frills place with selections of food from the entire South East Asia. Vegetarians have the standard option to switch out meat with tofu and vegetables. Food is tasty enough and they have chopsticks. So its sorta authentic.

I have always picked up and never dined in. They are efficient and nice everytime and the value for the food is good. Sushi has always been fresh and I can never finish everything I order. The location is odd and its not super fancy inside but id suggest it to friends and family.

I have to say the sushi was great, sashimi was delicious and the green tea went down smooth and gracefully, heated to just the right temperature. Customer service was great. Even 2 regulars were a pleasure to talk too. They said we would be back again. I agree.

This is my go-to for Thai/Japanese/Chinese. They do it up right. Its a very nice hole in the wall, and their food holds up. Its quality. Im a big fan of their Yum Nuer (Beef Salad). Their sushi is incredibly good too. Ive eaten here so much I need to buy stock.

This is my secret sushi place. The serving are the biggest of any sushi place Ive been. They must get their ingredients from someplace no one else has access to. Their hot and sour soup (only available on Wednesday) is the very best Ive ever experienced.

Every time Im in Nashville I always swing by Kobe for some curry and volcano rolls! I am never disappointed in the red curry and I really enjoy the sushi rolls as well! A great mashup between Japanese and Thai! YOU MUST TRY THE THAI TEA! Delicious!

If you want awesome sushi and a great price, then Kobe is for you. They have an extensive menu. Our favorite is the two roll special...two people can share this because their sushi rolls are HUGE!!! We call in and carry out...great customer service
