My best lunch tip for this place is to use their mobile app to order ahead and do takeout. The line at lunch is crazy. If you dont go before noon for lunch, its almost impossible to find a seat. If you order ahead, you get to skip the whole line and dont even have to wait to pay for your food since its already done. Their app allows full customization of any order. Pretty sweet! They have a dedicated person for pickup orders and its REALLY quick. Good people. Great food as with all their locations. Pretty clean. Very bright. Certainly a family atmosphere during dinner hours, but not too crazy. Parking is okay. Really tight during lunch but better since they removed the old entrance and added parking. With Starbucks and CiCis in the same strip, its a pretty popular little area.

Food is consistently great, tasty, and well-portioned. The staff is very friendly and usually quick. However, they get a star knocked-off for cleanliness. Indeed most Chipotles in the Nashville area struggle with keeping their dining areas clean and their bathrooms sanitary and stocked. Example: two nights ago the dining room was fairly empty, the store was well staffed, most of the tables were dirty, and loads of rice had been dropped on the dining room floor earlier enough in the day that the rice had dried-out. A suggestion: dedicate an employee to sanitation during lunch and dinner hours.

Oh, its fine. Its Chipotle. You know what they do. Can I just say it bugs me that I have to pay for chips? I know its a small thing but DANG every hole-in-the-wall Mexican restaurant can give you literally infinite chips, but this corporate behemoth needs to hide them behind the cash register? The Chipotle staff rocks!! We ALWAYS receive excellent service every time we go there, which is all the time since we CRAVE their food! :D The staff is ALWAYS friendly and provide generous servings. We are thrilled to have them in the neighborhood! Thanks Chipotle for always taking care of the Hot Pink employees!

Simple ..basic n great. We have seen this great franchise with the post simple ordering menu feed the hungry and make em walk out happy. Location is pretty in the weekdays due to work lunch traffic. The line is always fast and smooth so you dont waste much time and leave within 30 minutes max.

The food is fresh and tasty. I like the style too. I agree that you can get ripped off on a veggie burrito, but if you mention that kindly to the server they will usually load you up appropriately with rice and beans, since that is the "meat" of the dish.

I keep getting the staff in training so service has been frustrating at times. That being said... Its chipotle, if you come here and dont like the food then you should go straight to the ER as loss of taste and smell is a sign of a stroke.

For the second time in a row we had an online order and it wasnt ready 15 minutes after the scheduled pick up. When we did get our to-go order it was missing several items in our order. Very frustrating. The staff was not very friendly

Great, consistent food quality. The Veggie option is a rip-off. Same price as the meat options, but not the same amount of food. Plus, meat is more expensive so youd think the veggie burrito would be priced a good bit lower.
