Like the food, but the managers think that they know everything, no matter what the customer says. Only the wait staff actually knows how to treat paying customers. If the managers continue to have the attitude that since they are already packed, they dont need your returning business, then I cant wait for a better mexican restaurant to outcompete them soon and show them what customer service is really like. Long story short, dont go in there and think that you can pay with a gift card.

Stay away from this place it is not organized. They seat us at a table and no waiter new who we belonged too. We had 3 different people. Also my knife was dirty and had lettuce from a previous person also it took them at least 20 min are order were taken and it not that they were full because they werent we also order a guacamole and it. Right out of a bag that u buy from walmart it was gross and nasty. I will never come back and i will let my friends and family not to come neither

Walked in for the first time excited to try their food. There was no one there to greet me when I walked in. No big deal. A server shortly came by, however he seated two people that came in after. A minute later another server did the exact same thing with another group that just walked in. This has never happened to me ever and I have never been so pissed off when trying to eat at any restaurant.

First time I went I had great service. Second time I went it was extremely slow, the fajitas had little meat, werent sizzling hot like they should be and the waitress ignored us completely. Their excuse was that there is a new chef. New chefs dont prevent you from refilling water and checking on your customers. Pathetic.

I liked the puréed salsa. Guacamole looks like its from a bag. I had the lunch grilled fish and the fish was ok. The vegetables were crinkled cut and came from the freezer section at the grocery store. It needs to step out of the 1990s. But the building is a nice place to eat at.

since its opening almost 15 years ago, i have made it my favorite lunch spot 3 times aweek. great employees and service. knowing the manager for 20 plus years i know you will be treated right. the food is always serviced quickly and just the right temp.

I love the food here. When my family is in the mood for some tacos, we always come here. If you place an order through a call, when you get to the place is when they start cooking your food. Great, but 20 - 30 minute wait.

We eat at Las Palmas once a week with friends because they have great food and awesome drink specials. Very affordable and the wait staff are always super nice! We always look forward to our mid-week trip to Las Palmas!

Some of the worst Mexican food Ive ever had. Bland and tasteless, unless you smother it in queso. Ive eaten there more times than Id like to admit and havent seen any encouraging signs that the food may improve.

Overpriced for small portions, dried out chicken, dried nachos with tablespoon of cheese; service is always great and friendly but it cant make up for the low end food at a high end price.
