Prices keep going up while food quantity and quality keeps going down. Most of the cheese in their omelets has been replaced by just-add-water "cheese sauce". Its disgusting. They top the omelets with the faintest sprinkling of real cheese to make it look like its a luscious, real-cheese paradise. But, its not. One cut into the omelet shows a drooling cheese sauce mess oozing out. Their pancakes are also ridiculously over-priced for what you get. I can understand getting two sad little pancakes as a side to an omelet or meal. But, when you order a regular stack of pancakes (4 stack), even the specialty pancakes, they, too, are just 4 sad little pancakes... but they charge you $8 for them! Thats $2 for each sad little pancake! Gf and I end up at IHOP every now and then due to desperation or idiotic lapse in judgement. She wanted pumpkin pancakes after seeing a commercial. I told her we should do Dennys instead, because their pumpkin pancakes are large and have a nice cream cheese pumpkin spice whipped topping. No. She saw a commercial for IHOP, so we had to go to IHOP. She gets a meal that comes with 2 sad little pumpkin pancakes. Against my better judgement I order the 4 stack of pumpkin pancakes. For $8, I got 4 sad little pancakes with a little whip cream from a can on top. I dont know why I was surprised, because years ago I got the cinammon 4 stack, and it was the same thing ... 4 tiny pancakes with a bit of flavor drizzle on them... for $8! Omelets used to be $7, then $8... now some are $9. I smelled breakfast on my way home from college today, and I was starving. I stopped by IHOP, again, against my better judgement. Got the Bacon Temptation Omelet. The omelet that came out did not look like what was on the menu. There was hardly any bacon on it, and barely any in it. Theres supposedly 6 whole pieces of bacon used to make that omelet. Well, they must be the worlds smallest pieces of bacon, because the omelet was small and there wasnt much bacon. There was a faint dusting of real shredded cheese on top, but cutting into it showed a much of just-add-water cheese sauce oozing out. Why do I go here? How can I be this stupid to keep going back to IHOP magically expecting something different? Their prices keep going up, and their quantity and quality keeps going down. If youre in the neighborhood for this IHOP on 360 & Green Oaks, do yourself a favor and just drive south on 360 a bit to Cracker Barrel. You can pay less for more and better food.

Went to this location tonight after a concert. 11pm on a Sunday, they had 2 other tables with customers at them. They sat us, we had to ask for our waitress to come take our drink and meal order. After ordering it took another 30 minutes for our food to come out. You could hear the conversations coming from the kitchen. We got the pleasure of hearing all about how one of the girls is going to become a flight attendant. We also got to hear our waitress yelling at the cooks about a special request on our order. During our meal our drink glasses were never filled. The manager was at the front counter doing nothing, even when he saw that we were clearly done with our new and waiting for our check. He did cash out our ticket but had to be asked to do so by our waitress. We will not be returning to this location. Customer service is key when there are other locations in the area.

We waited for over an hour for our table which is understandable since they were busy. However, when we did finally get out table we still waited another hour for our food as we saw people who were seated after us get their orders. That is unacceptable. We did not even eat there we got up and left because Im not spending my money for terrible service. Our server Veronica was terrible and told us as we were leaving that our food was under the lights. If I could I would give them no stars because there were kids present and they were falling asleep waiting for their food. I will never go back there again.

Cant speak highly enough of this IHOP. I love IHOP food so am slightly biased, but service at most other locations is standard. At this IHOP, service trumps the food (food is still great). All wait staff is professional and the manager is great, but if your fortunate enough to be seated in Joses area on the weekend, prepare to be amazed. Drink will never be empty and food will be ready seemingly before you even order (only a slight exaggeration). I am now a regular and have yet to have a bad, or even standard experience at this specific IHOP.

My wife and I frequent this location regularly, usually at night. The food is always good and served hot with very little wait time. The wait staff are always friendly and upbeat. The night shift manager Ayman is amazing. Hes always polite and has a smile on his face every time we go there. Hes always making sure we enjoy the food and our time there. When he found out we were newly weds he gave us an amazing desert on the house. Overall the best Ihop Ive ever eaten at. Keep up the great job Ayman.

Bad customer service the late night shift needs better customer service the young ones spend more time horse playing around customers and them selves to its ridiculous I had to ask for things I needed with my order several times it took another waitress to come and help me because it was obvious our waiter had forgotten about us. IHOP is my spot but if ur gonna hire someone make sure they come to work and not play.. " FRIDAY NIGHT SHIFT"

Decent IHOP location. Very busy on the weekend with a good turn around time. Unfortunately the waitress we had was very timid as if she was new. Required us to repeat simple orders multiple times and we believe that she gave pork products to one of our guest that asked for turkey. Overall it was a nice meal but nothing special and the service was sub-par from the greeting, interaction, and check out/receipt.

This place is a joke of a ihop. I work at a ihop, and this place sickens me. Got here and the server came to my table maybe 2 times total. My order was wrong and the manager was so incompetent he should not be working in the restaurant business what so ever. And the other server that was helping us talked to us like we were children. Will NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PACE. EVER.

EVERY TIME THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN HERE WITHOUT A LOT OF PEOPLE THERE ARE ALWAYS SORRY TABLES. FOR THIS TO BE A NEW FACILITY, ITS ALWAYS DIRTY AND THE YOUNG PEOPLE THAT WORK HERE IS ALWAYS HUDDLED UP TALKING. I LIVE AROUND THE CORNER AND WAS EXCITED ABOUT THIS IHOP FOR CONVENIENCE PURPOSES AND I WOULD RATHER GO TO THE ONE ON CARRIER. IF I COULD GIVE HALF A STAR I WOULD.

Had horrible service with the female manager, the server wasnt attentive never brought refills without being prompted, everything came out cold or wrong. The male manager Ayman, was AMAZING, fixed everything listened to what we had to say and turned the meal all around. It was fantastic and he has such a good mind for customer service. Love to have him again.
