Has gotten a tad less on par recently. I have had more mistakes on my orders in the past month or two than the span of six to eight months prior (tomato when I ordered without, sweet tea instead of unsweetened, a chicken breast substantially smaller than what should probably be served, that kind of thing). Still good but I feel like they need to pay a little closer attention to the orders. They are usually very quick considering how many people are routinely in line, which I do appreciate. I generally eat here once a week or so because I can get my food and get back on my lunch break.

Ordered through the drive thru when I got home noticed that the large fries I ordered were only half filled up and on top of that they were soggy. Asked the cashier for chick-fil-a sauce for the 2 meals I ordered and she hands me 1, I asked can I get more? She tells me no Im about to run out. Ummm....service was good up until the end. I will not be going back to this location, very dissatisfied.

This Chick-fil-A has a very deceiving store front. Although it looks big from the street there are 4 bar stools for inside dining. Pigeons on the patio, 100 degree heat, wind blowing food on the ground, and not to mention the heat coming from the cars in the drive-thru. Failure is what this store represents. I wont be back to this restaurant.

I come here every morning for crispy hash browns but today I was really disappointed .. I tried to order a whole meal but she rushed me off the speaker . Then when I got my hash brown I asked her were they crispy she said "yes sir " didnt correct her self that I am a "mam" and my hashbrown were not crispy at all they are soggy and cold

Great chicken at reasonable prices. This is what I expect from every Chick-fil-A and this is one that proves that too. The eating area is outside and the cars in the drive through go around. This means that while you eat the cars can be heard and sometimes smelled. This is the only thing that I disliked about this one.

The two lane stove up is a blessing ans and curse. Its like the grocery store. Choose badly and you watch others fly by. But, its not trouble unless someone decides too try to pass at the merge. Its not Talladega bro. Your fried nugget of death will still be there and theres no trophy for beating me to the cashier.

This location is so so so slow.. Drive thru,, I timed how long it took them to finish with each order or each car.. On average scale 5-6 minutes.. Im not sure if the issue with the customers or the employees .. But they need to work on speeding up the orders.. Time is money

This is the best Chick-fil-A I have ever been too! They have high volume lunch rushes but they are very quick! I have been in long lines before and I have never waited more that five or ten minutes. The staff is very kind and respectful. I will be visiting frequently.

I love Chick-fil-a and go to all the locations around DFW. This one is always messing up my order. They take down your name, number and ticket number and replace it. What good is it when youre back at work hungry? Wish they were more like the other Chick-fil-as.

Some of the best service you can get at fast food chains. One of the best qualities of Chick fil-a is the quick service! Ive been in lines with 10 to 15 cars on both lanes and got my delicious meal in under 20 minutes. Quick/ Delicious/ Friendly! #2 Please

I love the food and I love the sweet tea. But the last 4 times I went the tea taste really old and then on top of that I buy the gallon of sweet tea and it taste discussing. And it makes me mad because thats the only reason i go.

I love Chik-fil-A. We Had One In GEORGIA. Even though it gets packed, the lines move quickly. The chicken is so moist, the salads are delicious and the chicken tortilla soup is the bomb. Clean, friendly staff and always clean

Very upsetting! I was told to wait "2 minutes" because my order wasnt ready. I get home to only find out the order was incorrect seriously thats upsetting to know that you make someone wait to give them the wrong order!

The service here is horrible! They forgot to give me my fries. When I went back to claim my fries , the manager Jennifer says I need my receipt..Im like really for fries you need a receipt! Im done with these location!

Poor parking, dirty womens bathroom, and only outside seating on a cold, windy day makes this not an ideal place for a Chick-fil-A. At least the staff was friendly and the food was quick and tasty, as usual.

Took them 25 to 30min to make my sandwich, then noticed the chicken was still pink (not well cooked), talked to the supervisor and he called me liar. Wont come back to this location.

Tip: No playplace here, restrooms are small (not great with kids), but nice and friendly like other CFA locations. Just keep driving if you are roadtripping with kids, though!

Make sure when going through the drive thru you check your order. Employees kept talking and talking to each other and didnt give me everything I ordered.
