Wont order again. We ordered the $5 dollar deal,pizza, 2 orders of bread sticks, pasta, and 2 orders of wings online for delivery. The wings didnt show up and we didnt notice until after delivery person left. Called the store and they said they would have them right over. Ok, we were thinking, did they forget them on the counter or what, I said ok. they called 5 mins later to say they didnt have any more wings (they were bone-out by the way) and they offered us bone-in to replace them. Well why the heck didint somebody call to inform us of this problem before they delivered or right before they even started to make the order? Why charge us for the complete order and dont deliver the wings and not say anything? Well next time were are in the mood for pizza I think we will be calling Godfathers or just go over to Little Caesars. Both better pizza anyway.

Its no wonder that Pizza hut is quickly loosing business I just ordered for the first time in a while ordered online. I ordered the Two med for 6.99 deal first one was a super supreme when i placed my order for the second some how the order got messed up i ordered a thin crust pepperoni lovers what I ended up getting and what I found on my order history is not what I wanted I got cheese pizza instead with hardly any cheese on it. also the delivery driver didnt bring my mountain dew that i ordered

It seems every time we go to this Pizza Hut the service is terrible. They dont have enough staff to be remotely efficient with their time. Even when there is sufficient staff they early get the orders correct and youll have to wait twenty minutes to be seated and another hour for your food. The only way to go if you want to have Pizza Hut in Watertown is to stay home and order online.

Cant get my food on time or accept payment on the phone had to go through call service even though there was nothing but my order sitting there for 5 minutes while they tried to figure out what was going on they are not only lazy but also unefficent they should shut down or bring in new people entirely

absolutely terrible. ive ordered their several times in past. but last couple times has been nightmare. cold pizza,wrong pizza or took over a hour to get to me and long cold. i hate this place needs to close or be revamped

We liked their pizza and wings, but they couldnt get our order correct. Had nothing to do with the quality of the food, but after three or four messed up orders, we just quit doing business with them.

They have great specials, and they have the pizza hot and ready for pickup. I dont do delivery, so I dont know much about that, but their takeout is great.
