(February 20, 2016) Last night my boyfriend planned a birthday dinner for me and he also proposed to me! It was the best day of my life but I really wish that he had chosen a different place to do it. I love the food at Cheesecake Factory which is why he chose this restaurant. We had a very large party and was told that we would be seated in a 2 hour time frame. My family arrived at 6pm. We arrived at 7:45pm and we werent seated until 9:45pm. We were able to look passed that bc it was so many of us but we were not able to look passed the unprofessional manager on duty AND the horrible service! The manager was giving us attitude from the start of our visit! He yelled at my aunt who was trying to get an update, And the waitresss attitude was worst than his! When my boyfriend proposed, the waitress continued to walk back and forth and she was actually in the background of the majority of all our photos(even our professional photos that were taken by a hired photographer). The waiter was doing the best that he could but he was inexperienced and should of had the managers help. After we were finally seated the manager on duty did not come to the patio 1 time to ask how things were going, apologize, etc. Also, they were out of the dish that I ordered my dinner consisted of a salad. When the other plates finally came out, the food was cold and the staff had no idea who order what. Ive never in my life experienced service like this. I received lots of gift cards for my bday and the majority were for Cheesecake Factory, unfortunately Im not looking forward to using them and especially not at this location. Im not sure what can be done about our experience there but I would like someone to contact me that least let us know that someone will look into this. Thank you.

It truly doesnt even deserve 1star! We went to the cheesecake factory on 3811 South Cooper Street Arlington,Texas 76015 We had to wait an hour to be seated when asked to talk to the manager I didnt get her name she sat us down quickly the first table that came available which was great and told us we would have an appetizer on the house I want to write a good review on Nicole,P was our waitress and she was amazing!! she had a great personality checked on us often and made sure we had excellent service no complaints on her she truly is a great waitress loves her service!! when the check came we let her know what happened and how we were suppose to get an appetizer free so she called the manager to our table the manager was a jerk he made us feel insulted we werent trying to get a free meal we just wanted the appetizer taken care of his attitude wasnt professional at all of if anything he acted like he didnt want to give us the appetizer because the lady didnt let him know she had said "Ill give you an appetizer on the house" its irritating!!he shouldnt have gotten mad and had an attitude with us,the managers should be on the same page its ridiculous!!the first thing the manager asked was are you trying to get a free meal we said no the lady that helped us earlier have gave us a free appetizer for our long wait he was rude,jerk,and a bad manager! Makes me not want to go here ever I was trying to have a good dinner with my wife! Nicoles service was excellent she deserves to be praised thank you Nicole you were awesome! The managers rude attitude made us decide we will not be coming back ever!! Nicole is a great waitress but the management is awful! We wont be back thanks to management! The manager has no people skills!

Was my worst experience at Cheesecake Factory Arlington Today. Went in their to have lunch to celebrate our anniversary. We were seated for a while before we had any service. Place our orders for Drinks, Appetizers and Entree. Waited like 15 mins before our lemon water arrived! Another 10 mins before the appetizers arrived. Waitress forgot to give us the complimentary bread and butter. Another 5 mins then that came. Appetizers were done and no entree! Finally another, waitress brings us a side portion of rice for our child no meal! Leave my seat go to the Manager. Explain to him. He goes and never returns. After a while the meal arrives. Then a few minutes later Manager arrives with another portion of rice. With no apology for the delay, the mess-up or even checking if all is well with the meal. We had no service for a while. No refills. Finally we were done! No-one to check us out. Finally a pleasant young man Vic approaches and gets our take-out taken are off and gets the bill. Still no Manager. He just tried to avoid us. Another couple next to us waited, and waited no service they got up and left. I think we should have done just that! On my way out, I took the time went to the Manager and mentioned to him that the service was pathetic. All he said was he is sorry for my experience. What I found out that the waitress was new and inexperienced. Shouldnt they have informed us as to why the poor service. We would have been more understanding. Rather than the Manager not taking care of customer service. He was just as bad as the new waitress. Disappointed with Cheesecake Factory Arlington. Being there several times. This was the first of a bad experience. Seems like service isnt good on Mondays!

We visited there last night and being we had never been we had high hopes of a wonderful meal. That was not what we got at all. We were left waiting to even order drinks for over 10 minutes. By the time we were offered drinks we knew what we wanted and ordered. We are not big eaters and wanted to enjoy a full 3 courses so we ordered an entree to share. Instant attitude from the slow and uninterested male server with a faux hawk. He then brought some overly dry and flavorless bread and our drinks. No smiles or apologies for making us wait so long. Shortly after our appetizer our meal came and he grabbed our barely eaten nacho plate and offered to throw it away and when I made a face he offered to bag it up when really I just wanted him to leave it alone. I told him to bag it because we already wanted to leave. The overly dark restaurant was not pleasant and so far the food was just average. The chicken bacon club we ordered was gross and barely edible. Ther bread was soggy and slimy with sauce and rubbery cheese. The fries were flavorless and tasted double fried in old oil. By the time we had choked down the sandwich and fries we did not even want the cheesecake we had come for but we had suffered for it so we got it to go. After a few hours stomach rest and multiple bathroom trips we decided to try your insanely over priced ($7.95 each?)slices and thankfully they were decent. Honestly I will never eat at your place again and if I want cheesecake I will make my own for half the price. They are just not good enough to float an entire crappy restaurant.

So I ordered a 10inch cheesecake, half mango key lime and half Oreo, in advance and when I arrived the day to pick it up they did not have it ready. They spent about 15 minutes looking for my cake and then another 20 minutes looking for my order slip. I was annoyed because I had ordered the cheesecake in advance so I could come in and pick it up and go, hence the reason why I ordered in advance. Annoyed, the worker reluctantly went to the back to get the box to put my cake in. When she finished she showed me the cake and it looked absolutely horrible! She had taken slices from other cheesecakes on display and she had left huge gaps, it didnt even look like a cake but instead like someone had thrown the slices together in a rush (which she clearly had done.) I dont even understand why they didnt just place the slices closer together, there was no line and I was the only customer there. The slices were all destroyed and the cake just looked so bad. I was embarrassed to even give this to my friend for her birthday. Overall terrible customer service and would not recommend ordering a cake from them. I paid $57 for an ugly cake and terrible service. So dont come to this location for a cheesecake order.
