So I had never been to Chipotle before moving to Mansfield in November. Tonight was my second time trying and despite all these bad reviews I actually had a very pleasant time and a great dinner! I was greeted and welcomed as soon as my family and I walked through the door. Billy was very friendly and kind to us.not to mention patient as we have 3 kids and they were barking at us for what they wanted. lol And also helped us carry our food to our table. Earnesto (the manager) was very kind and accommodating to us as well. He brought my margarita to me (which was DEE-lish! how can you go wrong with tacos and a margarita?) to my table and made sure we had everything we needed! The food great and hit my craving on the spot! Very great price in my opinion as well. 38$ for 2 adult and 2 kids meals plus my margarita! I very much enjoyed it! Maybe some of these reviews are from when there was different management? Or maybe we caught it at a good not so busy time?idk but I know my family and I will be back! :)

In tears... this was the only place in Mansfield to get a non gmo vegetarian meal. After my visit today looks like Im a just half to feed myself entirely. Raised the price of my veggie bowl from $7.04 to $9.15! Not a quarter, not 50 cents, not a dollar but over a $2 increase over night. I cant take that hike chipotle but you can. Especially when your eatery is the second most chintzy (Coppell) in DFW. If you short vegetarians on food they will walk out without giving you the money and making the big purchase. Why? Because we half to eat until we are full and it takes a fair amount of food to do that because rice, beans and veggies are not heavy... Do I ask for more than I should? Not even... just explaining the math and the science and its not working atChipotle any more. I will probably go to other Chipotle locations but way less often if the increase in price is in effect there also.

Do not go to this Chipotle. They messed up (in some way) all four of our orders (separate occasions), and we heard people around us complaining as well. They didnt have trash cans in place inside or out, so peoples trash was piled up on top. Keep in mind that the last time we went was at 12:30 on a Saturday, so a considerable amount of trash piled up. We are Chipotle fans, have been to stores across America and have received a consistent level of quality, service and cleanliness. We didnt experience any of that at this location. Until the management (inevitably) changes, DO NOT COME HERE.

I love Chipotle, its my FAVORITE fast food restaurant to eat at. I could eat here 6 days a week! Unfortunately this Chipotle is new, and they give you the WEAKEST bowls. They will barely give you a scoop of rice, and if you ask for more they give you a tiny little scoop. Ive been to 10+ different Chiptoles in DFW and I can easily say this is my least favorite establishment. I would urge the owners to take a better look at what theyre serving their customers, as looking at the other reviews posted, I stand not alone.

I was not impressed with this store. I showed up in off peak hours and they were still very slow. Aggravatingly slow! As they were running around like chickens with their heads off, I witness an employee using an open garbage can as a table to open the salsa packets and pour them into a container!! Thats disgusting! I hope nobody gets sick because Im sure this isnt the first time and probably wont be the last! But itll be the last time I eat at this location!

Went in on Sunday 8/6/17 at 10:50AM. I looked over the food before ordering and based on the way the food it seemed like it may have been leftovers. The food should look very fresh at this time of the day. I told them no thanks and left. This place has been mostly bad since its arrival in Mansfield. It has its very few good days and mostly bad days. Go up to Arlington if you really need that Chipotle fix.

Do not go here if you want quick and correct food, we have ordered here several times and each time we fax in our order they tell us it will be ready in 10 to 15 min. We are about 5 to 10 min away from this location. When we get there to pick it up the food is never correct or cold. We have complained several times to the manager who is also very rude. We will NOT be going back to this location anymore.

I arrived maybe 15 mins before closing and the cooks were not paying attention and very playful. There were other people in line behind me and I noticed a worker eating rice out of the large container with his fingers! I mentioned it to the cashier and he said thats because were about to close. This location could improve by having customer service training as well as a professional manager onsite .

Frequently hit or miss. Unfortunately theyve been more miss than hit lately. The last three times it has been super slow even when there were many workers and not many customers, and the last time I ordered online they did not have it ready at the correct time, and then gave us the wrong bag of food.

I placed an order on 6/2/2016 on line. The order was short on several items of which I paid for. I requested that the orders have the sides separate as we were picking it up and the order would be soggy. They didnt do that either. Lessons learned, will not be ordering again.

Just wanted to say that this location is amazing! We place large orders usually once a week for everyone at work and they have always been very speedy and accurate with our orders! Very friendly staff that puts up with a lot of annoying orders and ticket splits! :)

They were posted to closed at 8pm on New Years Eve. We arrived at 7:20 and they had their doors locked and the workers were just sitting in there. We called the cooper location to see if they had done the same thing but they were still open.

Horrible place this chipotle is horrible!!! Dirty dirty dirty! And employees seem not to mind that theres trash all over the floor the kitchen is dirty, where are the health inspectors!? Never coming back again!

I absolutely love this Chipotle location. They are wuick, efficient, and the food always tastes great! The employees are always in a great mood and super nice! So lucky to live near such a great location!

Yes it is a bit pricey. It is good most of the time. The portions arent always served equally. Last time I went they rushed the orders, in the end my party didnt know whoms burrito was whos.

Dont go here late in the evening they always run out of food and employees in a rush to leave..Sat many nights in line to be told "sorry we are out of chicken and steak"..FRUSTRATING!!
