Its official, Ive been a customer of Pizza Hut over on east main st in hillcrest for over 3 years but no longer! They dont reward me for being a customer and have told me on multiple instances that they dont have the staff for delivery so I cant have a pizza delivered or had my food arrive ice cold! They take forever to deliver and typically when that happens Ive had Dominos instead and its been alright but nothing special, until recently. My last 2 orders with Dominos have been amazing, their app is a lot easier to use and their deals and overal food flavor has improved, I also really like their process from order to delivery and the ability to communicate with the person making my pizza while its being made. They arrive earlier than Pizza Hut even though theyre further away! I wont be ordering from Pizza Hut any more! I also adore their thin crust pizza! Its so flakey it reminds me of pastry dough and even tastes good a few days later. So to close my review Bye Bye Pizza Hut and hello Dominos who do an overall awesome job and il be ordering from them again soon!!!

Price was what I expected. Did not expect to see the health code violations. Unkept facial hair in the kitchen staff, staff walking behind the counter into the kitchen with tank tops on, no hair nets/hats or uniforms, long hair barely kept in check. Server needed more training and while he did fine, manager announced he needed more training to our table. Found this to be very unprofessional. One of our party got sick shortly after eating the food, turned out to be food poisoning from her meal. We will not return to Pizza Hut for any reason.

A lil upset because me and my family dine in and we were the only guest in the restaurant. They were slow to get to the table and once someone finally came took forever for our drinks and refills. When we receive our pizza it was poorly made and sloppy. They was not busy and for no reason my pizza should of looked the way it did.

They were awful. Stayed there 40 min. after the time I was told it was going to be ready to find out my order was wrong. Not customer friendly or professional. Had to wait for them to get approval to even get my money back

Better for takeout or delivery than dine in. Pizza Hut used to be the deal with a great salad bar. But now more items and pizza. Still better than the other chains and prices have improved. Store a bit past its prime.

We wanted delivery, but they said they would not deliver because they couldnt find my address in their system. I live 5 minutes away. As usual, Im dealing with a bunch of idiots, but at least I didnt have to tip anybody!

The take out is usually on time. Beware of the big guy with the black jacket on. His pants seem to be more work for him pulling them up in between fixing your order. Its better when hes not there.

I came in a seated myself @ 5:09pm and wasnt approached till 5:30. There was no one else in the dining room and just kept seeing people come in and out to either place orders or pick up.

Everything we order either takes twice as long as they say or its wrong. Service is terrible and it used to be a place I really looked forward to ever since I was a kid.

Nearly everyone knows Pizza Hut, the issue with this one is that its almost always dirty, and the staff is more interested in texting than offering service.

Im giving 5 stars because this location was actually good when I was just a toddler in the early 90s. Pizza was delicioso!. Cant really say how it is now.
