Im not sure exactly when or why it happened, but Panera has gone from being one of my favorite places to eat to do we have to places. I used to love the food, though it was a bit over priced. Now, its changed. The food is OK, but what they offer is like fashion of the week, stylish, but unsatisfying. Not to mention the problems. Seems like the last few times weve been in its, Sorry, were out of chips or We dont have that soup or something. Since this is the only one we usually visit. I dont know if its a problem with this one restaurant or the chain.

Normally our experience is fine but tonight was a disaster. Nothing came out right, out of bread for grilled sandwiches but did not tell customers, tried to pass food off to others after being returned (gross) because they got orders confused and my fav asked for bread left off with soup they just handed to me no plate, napkin, nothing just bare handed (gross)etc. Best part is the staff said a manager would come talk to us when we complained but never did.

I screwed up big time and didnt set my order to delivery, so I called the store and spoke to the manager that was there (Paige) and asked if there was any way that I could get it delivered since I couldnt leave work. She was so sweet and understanding and it was delivered in about 5 minutes after I spoke to her. When I go in they are always sweet and Im a picky person so I know Im a pain. I would recommend this location to everyone.

Most of the time we come here, the food is amazing. Tonight we decided to eat light. Ordered the grilled cheese and a cup of soup. Soup was delicious, always cheddar and broccoli. We were shocked that our sandwiches were made with two slices of cold American cheese. Not even melted. It was awful. So, unless Paneras begins using real cheese instead of cheese food/product, we will steer clear of it.

Standard Panera restaurant, good quick meals at a reasonable price, but always double check your order because they get it wrong half the time. Had to take our oatmeal back because they gave us the wrong one. Would have been nice if they had at least apologized.

The woman preparing the food was rude and when I tried to explain that I ordered a salad not a sandwich, she became rude and just walk away. I box the sandwich and took it home. I will never go back to this panera bread again. So disappointibg.

"Pick 2" Smokehouse Turkey Panini and Broccoli Cheese soup -- my absolute fav! I wish Panera was not so pricey so I could eat there more often. The atmosphere is so nice if you wish to sit for a while to read or take advantage of free WiFi!

Im sooo finished with Panera like I give up. They always forget everything!! And finding hair in my food on multiple occasions.. I just cant. This was the only restaurant I could eat at but from now on I will be making my own food..

Panara is a good place to get food, but it is expensive and I only go there occasions. I do like that they have free Wi-Fi, though.
