Summary: friendly service, appetizer ordered before meal but came out with meal, no apology, food very greasy, both meal items were overcharged based on menu and special deal, had to convince waitress the price was wrong Full story: They were friendly and inviting when we walked in. There was only one other table with customers, so I figured service would be fast. Our waitress came to greet us, took our drink orders, and I ordered cheese bread as an appetizer. I have a condition which causes me to get sick if I dont eat as soon as I am hungry, so I ordered an easy appetizer to be sure I had something to munch on. She brought most of our drinks, and told my husband she was making tea for him. I mentioned getting a medium pizza to share with my son, so she told me theres currently a special - $5.99 for a large, one topping pizza. So I ordered one with pepperoni just on half, and my husband ordered a pasta dish. The waitress left, and came back 2 minutes later with his tea. 10 minutes later we still had not gotten the appetizer, and the waitress had not been back to check on us. At this point the other customers were gone, so we were the only customers in the restaurant. I was so hungry I was starting to feel sick already. There were no employees walking around that we could flag down, so we waited. Finally the waitress came back - with the pizza. I asked her what happened to the cheese bread. She smiled and said its on its way out. Seriously?? There was no apology for the appetizer still not being there. She just talked like it was normal for it to come out with the meal. Well, its not. The pasta was fine. The pizza was so greasy it was literally dripping with grease. Ive been eating Pizza Hut pizza for over 30 years and have never seen it this greasy. When the waitress brought the bill the large pizza was showing at regular price of $11.17, but with a coupon for $3.18 taken off. I told the waitress that this doesnt bring the pizza to $5.99. It would be $7.99. She smiled and showed me where the $3.18 was taken off, and said the rest was tax. What? I told her that $11.17 minus $3.18 is $7.99, so we still needed another $2 off. I saw her doing the math in her head, and then she took the bill and said shed be back. My husband said the pasta was also billed $1 more than what was on the menu, but he was just going to leave it alone. She brought the check back and had taken $5 off in place of the coupon. I am hesitant to return anytime soon.

Go to Fuel Pizza or Papa Johns. Ive ordered online twice from here in the past two months for delivery, only to be called and told that I need to pick it up. First time, I had a friend go pick it up. The second, I went myself and still had to wait 15 minutes for my order to be complete, only to over hear a customer call and check on their delivery and be told that its "On its way". After hearing that, I was pretty infuriated and confronted the lady at the desk, only to be told some petty excuse to get me out of the door. No longer am I ordering from Pizza Hut. Only ordered for their pasta, anyhow.

DO NOT go to the pizza hut off of cherry road in Rock Hill, S.C...bad service, it wasnt busy, workers were slow and were on their cell phone. (In plain Sight!) They were completely out of it when you spoke to them. Other customers who just got their pizza had ended up being cold. It took the customer three times to get someones attention to fix the problem because the staff was "hanging out in the kitchen". We were sat at a dirty table and the server didnt even register any issues. Completely bad experience, therefore we cancelled our order and walked out.

Went today on my lunch break with a group of friends... the cashier made a mistake and charged me for my friends meal saying that I HAD to pay for it while he had already paid for my meal (and got mistakenly charged for my meal). Problem was that his meal was more than mine. Also, not only that, but I waited thirty minutes for a four piece hot wing. Ridiculous. I didnt even finish my chicken alfredo or the wings because they werent satisfying. Server was alright. Only checked up on us once for the hour stay... would not go again.

It was 2.5 miles away. I ordered the alfredo/5 breadsticks & 8 chicken wings. Initially said 30-40 minutes. 1.33 hrs later I received cold chicken wings, alfredo and LITERALLY an empty box where my breadsticks were supposed to be. On top of being charged their ridiculous delivery charge. Told they would refund this food within 90 days, but well see and it does not change the experience or the fact they gave me an empty box and cold food.

Highly inconsistent. I have walked in and placed a order and have gotten it timely with a good price however when I order online the price is near double and the quality is subpar. Often times there are no patrons eating in the restaurant area but yet there is never anyone at the desk to take a carryout order. When there is staffing its molasses slow and you get the impression that you are inconveniencing them.

When ever I come its always hit or miss with my order or something not cooked fully which was the case this lady and final time Ill ever come to this nasty places. I wish I could rate it less than zero!!!! And on top of that when they do something wrong most of them act like they dont see the problem or know what youre talking about because they dont want to have you fix it or give your money back.

Id give 0 stars if I could. Multiple times, I have placed orders in advance to be delivered for lunch at work, and they almost always call me at the time of scheduled delivery to let me know they dont have a driver. Why offer delivery if you never have a driver on staff? Ridiculous. Papa Johns in Rock Hill NEVER fails.

Teens wanted to try the $5 menu. I havent eaten anything from this store in 2 years, bad experience. The teens will eat anything! I ordered myself one too, not expecting much. Surprisingly the pizzas were GREAT! Thought I should share... because of all the bad reviwes!

Worst place Ive ever been to. Seriously how can you not do a medium stuffed crust pizza? They dont have calzones and I had to wait 5 minutes to be seated. And I was the only person there. Seriously could not have had a worse experience.

Extremely slow service. The pizzas and breadsticks were cold by the time it reached our table. We had to prompt for our own drink refills. There were only 2 other tables with patrons. Definitely not the best visit to this pizza hut.

This location is hit or miss. One visit is great place is clean, great service, and good food. The next visit awful store looks as if never been cleaned and wait for service . Now I go to Heckle Blvd location its only carry out.
