Ordered a pizza said it would take about an hour. Okay.. hour and half later, no pizza. No phone call. No knock. Called and spoke with Manager who was very short and rude about the aituat o n. Claimed they tried to call several times. And that they have to call before they go to deliver. The manager refused to reorder our pizza until we paid for it ahead of time. And refused a discount. I usually love pizza hut pizza but with so many other options out there, why worry yourself with crappy service.

I ordered from here via online but wasnt sure if I did it right. I tried to call a few times, listened to a recording and then it went to a busy signal. They never answered their phones. I checked online on their website and several others and it was the right number. They even had a pizza hut recording on the line. Not sure what was happening but an hour after I ordered, it still showed that my pizza hasnt gone in the oven! So no pizza, paid, and cant get in touch with them! Ugh.

Meh. Tried to redeem my free pizza online and it didnt work. Manager in the store had no idea how online ordering worked and wouldnt honor the coupon because it was online only. Complained to corporate and got a in store coupon for any pizza with any toppings with a generic letter. So, I guess they fixed the mistake. Dominos is still better pizza and service.

I ordered a pizza and it never came. On top of that, they told me my credit card number didnt work when I entered it online so I gave it to them over the phone. I called them for over an hour and they wouldnt answer the phone and if they did they would just put me on hold or hang up the phone. I might as well go on and cancel my credit card now. So disappointing!

I had a misunderstanding with this location and the GM Rob stepped right in and took care of everything! VERY NICE GUY!!!! Awesome staff! I worked in customer service for so long specifically food service! I know how hard it can be. Great Job!

This is my go-to spot for a typical college night and if I need an easy meal. The food has never disappointed and is always fresh when I get there for my carry out orders. Also, theres always a deal on their food and coupons online.

Took over an hour! They said 30 mins. Had 2 large pan pizzas. Not that much cheese on one. They came here cold! U need to ask for more cheese and go pick it up yourself. Or call before you are hungry

Order a Pizza on a SUNDAY and took them over an hour to Deliver it to me. Called the Manager and was given probably the WORST service ever. Pizza was cold. Never ordering from this location again.
