Took me 2hrs to find the place because on the website it says its on Wing Street but my gps couldnt find it. Had to stop and ask for directions and finally found it. Pizza was good wish I could order more of the Parmesan stuff for the breadsticks tho what gives with that? That waitress with the tattoos was friendly got my order down perfectly (large hand tossed pepporoni with only one pepperoni on it in the center of the pizza with all the sauce and cheese on the side). She also complimented my shirt which made my day since it was my favorite shirt. Only gripes with this place is the fact is says its located on Wing Street and the manager looks like the lead singer of Linkin Park. All in all good place to eat their croutons are the best Ive ever had.

This place has gone downhill so far I cant imagine how it could ever climb back up. The service is beyond slow. We were one of three tables one of which had finished eating and it took 30 min to get our order and I should add the phone never rang even once while we were there either so there werent really any delivery or carry out orders at the time either. This place used to always be busy and service was fast and fantastic. Now they are slower than ever and service is even slower. So if you want a quick sit down meal dont go here! I must say it is really sad to see this place fail slowly but surely.

Refused to deliver to my home, 1.8 miles from the store, despite the fact that we are in their system and they have delivered to us for ten years. Apparently there is a computer glitch, because last time they tried to send us to the Springfield store, 5.8 miles away. We took our $51 order to Romeos instead and were glad in the end, because Romeos turns out to be excellent pizza for a better price! Employees are relying on the computer instead of common sense, saying we are "out of the delivery zone." Surely 1.8 miles is not too far to deliver, but we are happy for the change to Romeos now!

Genuinely nice people and good service there internet went down and I placed a order came in to get it and they never got it kept appoligizing and everything only had to wait 10 minutes for fresh hot pizza. Thank you to the girl that waited on me

The general manager at this location is fantastic she does a wonderful job. She is very professional and cordial and does a wonderful job making the pizza! Her name is Nicole and I will definitely be returning here often because of her service

Cant even take an order on the phone... pretty sad! I was hung up on 3 times!The third time I was transferred to some call center that was Not even in the state! I just called romeos instead! Ordering a pizza should not be difficult!
