WORST.....PIZZA....EVER!!!!! How do you screw up a pizza? Its a pretty simple concept, has been around for a long time, and most are doing it with average to excellent results. But not Pizza Hut! Yuck! Ordered the large thin crust with extra pepperoni, sausage, extra cheese, onions. Holy crap, I have never had such a terrible pizza....let me rephrase that. Ive never paid for such a terrible pizza. Ive had free cardboard pizza that was better than this. I can get a $1.00 tonys pizza at dollar tree, add a few toppings and have a better pizza. Simply GROSS! The crust was old, frozen, stale, tastless....like an old stale saltine, without the salt, that was left in the sun for a week or so. The nasty sauce was canned, tasted like a combination of metal, sugar, and kecthup. Nasty! If this was double cheese, they must use, approximately 8 individual shreds of cheese per pizza, as there were approximately 16 individual shreds of cheese on the entire pizza. Id say an 1/8th of a cup total,including the ...ahem...extra" Cheese. Oh, and they add $2.00 for extra cheese. That takes guts. Pepperoni? eh...kinda hard to screw that up, but it surprises me that they didnt. Sausage...yuck, the same little round balls of processed meat that you get on a $1 Tonys pizza. Onions? yeah there were a couple. I enjoy leftover pizza, and always look forward to having a slice for lunch the next day. I threw out the entire pizza last night after one slice. So Ill add Pizza Hut to a growing list of restaurants that I refuse to conduct transactions with, due to a lousy product and often, lousy service.

We ordered a Pizza on 2-3-16 I called and a lady answered never asked for name or phone number I asked to pick it up at 6:00 pm she said it would be ready when I got there at 6:05 the man the was at the counter said there was NO pizza there He asked for my name and phone number and still no Pizza I told him the lady never asked for name and number .He told me I must of called the wrong store I gave him the number I called that was the right store .So I ordered another pizza waited 20 minutes and when the pizza was ready. He told me he was sorry I was right I did call the right store the lady did not put the order in she forgot. Will not go there any More sorry.

The last straw!! I ordered my pizza and was told it would be here in 45 min. Well, 1 hour 15 mins later my cold pizza arrived. This was the second time this happened. Being short staffed is no excuse when I just spent over 40.00 for one pizza and 2 orders of wings. Low Pizzahut prices and good 1quality pizza is a thing of the past. DO NOT ORDER FROM JUPITER PIZZAHUT!!! You are better off eating your own money then there pizza!!

Watch your change when paying cash. Teen-ager went in to pick up and pay for pizza. Notice we were short changed by two dollars. When we called they said to come back and they would return it.

Weve only been in Palm Bay a couple of months and tried 5 different pizza places. This pizza hut was by far the best. The people in there were so great! Felt like family!
